I have nothing but good things to say about the Lansdale Chrysler Jeep dealership. I was well taken care of by every department, from sales & ordering to the service contract and through my first regularly Chrysler Jeep dealership. When someone rear ended my new Jeep (!) I naturally called the dealership and learned that they have a body shop as well. They did an estimate, faxed it to the insurance company, and performed the work. I actually walked from the service department over to the salesman who sold me my Jeep to ask him how I could commend him and his company. He then gave me the link to this website. All in all, I am a very satisfied Jeep customer at Lansdale Chrysler Jeep. More

Negociated a price of a new Jeep Liberty without trade-in or financing. Signed sales agreement with dealership. However, the dealership called later that night and said they needed more money. Said that they gave us a price with fianncing even though I told them (Ijaz Suleri, Walt Harris and Jerry the manager) three different times I was not fianncing through them but my credit union. When I went to pick-up the car the next day with sales agreement in hand, they would not honor their own signed contract but instead, Jerry the manager just laughed. More

This dealership is a disaster. We received an incentive if we turned in our lease from another auto maker to this dealership, so we did it. Well 2 months after we turned in our lease creditors started call if we turned in our lease from another auto maker to this dealership, so we did it. Well 2 months after we turned in our lease creditors started calling our house looking for the vechicle. We called Lansdale Chrysler right way and apparently they forgot to turn in our vechicle for us, so now we were in default. After that nightmare was over, we just got another letter from a creditor that our mileage overage was not paid by Lansdale Chrysler like it was suppose too either. We turned in our vechicle in July and it is October and we are still dealing with their mistakes. We also hve put in several calls to the owner and not one courtsey call back. Walter never calls back either and we can only get him on the phone if we have him paged. Honestly not sure how this place stays in business. They represent the brand so poorly that we will never buy Chrysler again, no matter how much I like my Town & Country. It has been so awful to deal with Lansdale Chrysler that for the first time ever I wrote a letter to the better business buearu and their corporate offices so this does not happen again to someone else. More
