We called the Lansdale Dodge dealership after seeing theCaravan we wanted on the Autotrader site. My husband talked to Greg on the phone and set up a time to meet. One of the other gentleman had met us at the door upon arrival prior and said Greg would be right back. We then took a test drive with Greg. Greg's friendliness and kind demeanor put us at ease. The car was exactly what we were looking for. We went in to Greg's desk to talk turkey. I noticed Greg had taken notes from my husbands phone call with a lot of detail. I was impressed with that because we may not of showed up. He seemed very organized and competent. He even kept us company while our trade in was being assessed. We were not from the area we traveled two hours to this dealership and we would do it again because of all the good folks there and the great service. David was easy to deal with, knew his product, and made it easy for me to move up to the Town and Country I now have. I enjoy the car immensely, I feel the deal was fair and the price and trade allowance was very fair.
