Better Customer Service/Deals Elsewhere Looking for a new Kia and reached out to my local Kia dealer (Langdale). Initial communications were good, but quickly fell short after letting them k Looking for a new Kia and reached out to my local Kia dealer (Langdale). Initial communications were good, but quickly fell short after letting them know I was reaching out to other dealers to see where I could get the best bang for my buck as any smart consumer would do. Long story short, communications became short and unwillingness to provide all requested information. Additionally, I found a nearby dealer who beat their price by $2000 for the exact same car, model, package, color etc. I did reach back out to Langdale to see if they could counter, the response was short and stated they could come down only $200 and quickly ended the email with "good luck". I understand the complexity and competitiveness of selling cars however what pushed me to write this review was the lack of customer service. Emails were unprofessional and no willingness to get your business. In the car selling/buying industry customer relations are key to a successful organization. In my experience Langdale Kia falls short and I highly recommend doing your research and look elsewhere. I found a nearby Kia dealer who went out of their way to put my needs first and even delivered the vehicle to my doorstep free of charge. Perhaps the salesman I was working with just had a bad week, either way go do your homework and make smart choices. Conveinence is not always the best option. More

Would not honor warranty I took my 2018 forte in due to low pressure light coming on. Car only has 7,000 miles. They tried to charge me $200 to replace the tire stem and senso I took my 2018 forte in due to low pressure light coming on. Car only has 7,000 miles. They tried to charge me $200 to replace the tire stem and sensor. Would not honor the 5 year 60,000 mile warranty. Had to drive back to lake city to Roundtree Moore where I purchased it to have it taken care of. I was headed out of town and had to spend an extra hour and a half driving because this dealership in Valdosta is incompetent and unwilling to fulfill the warranty. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! More
