I was asked to sign if I agreed and to not waste their time. So I signed. 3 hours later that paper come back up with that price plus $1000. from Kia and my down payment of $5000.0 totaling.$28,179. which we didn,t see until we said that is not what we agreed on. They said yes we did and showed the revised paper. I am a diabetic my sugar started getting low, I said I had to get something to eat. I repeated this several times. I was told it would not be long so I ate life savers for 3 hr while they kept saying just a few more min. Low blood sugar can cause confusion among other more serious things. I think he told us his name but it is not on any off my papers. With paper in hand, he stood up and said when I sign this I would have 30 days to change my mind. That was a bald face lie. The most aweful car buying experince of my life. The car is fine. I feel that I was lied to, taken advantage of, and cheated. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
My husband and I were in the market for a reliable used Honda, and after having a terrible experience at another local dealership, we sought out Langdale Honda. My husband is currently stationed in Korea and wanted to make my experience as painless as possible since I have our two young boys with me at all times. He called and spoke with Jerri who immediately got the ball rolling for us. Our credit is honestly terrible, and Brian made every possible effort to get us the best deal around for our sale. After a long week of finance companies turning us down, we were able to work out a deal with a finance company and purchase the car. This couldn't have been easier for me - I simply had to come in and sign some paperwork, and in the meantime Langdale allowed me to use the car we planned to purchase. Eventually everything worked out. We were able to get into a Honda Hybrid, and Langdale earned a customer for life. I am so pleased with my experience, everyone was so friendly and relaxed and very patient with me and my two boys. More
I live in Tallahassee, but because I had a TERRIBLE experience with Tallahassee Kia, I researched other options that weren't associated with any owners of the Tallahassee dealership. After looking up different Kia dealerships, I decided that the one in Valdosta looked like the best option, and I was right. From the very first contact, it was smooth sailing. I've never had such a nice group of people willing to work with me so quickly and efficiently. I had the entire sale done over phone and internet communication, and by the time I stepped on the lot, all I had to do was sign paperwork. The car was the exact kind I wanted, and I barely had to wait to get it (the only reason I had to wait at all was because it was right at the Christmas holiday weekend). Eric was the one who I interacted with while there, and I was so grateful for his assistance that I gave him a hug before leaving! I even considered baking him Christmas cookies, but I'm such a bad cook that it probably would have ended up being more of a punishment. Seriously, though, this is a terrific dealership and because they have all kinds of cars on their lot, I will never do business anywhere else. Thank you for your help!!! The Wife and I looked at buying a Kia Sorento and did our research before we decided to see a dealer. He didn't push or try to sneek in anything into the paperwork like GAP, or life insurance like some finance people do. overall we had a great experiance at Langdale Kia and would go there again. More

After having such a bad experience with the Kia dealer in Gainesville, FL, I decided to look into Langdale Kia. I called before driving all that way and spoke with Jerri, who began working her magic to make Gainesville, FL, I decided to look into Langdale Kia. I called before driving all that way and spoke with Jerri, who began working her magic to make sure I had a more pleasant experience. She found me a 2011 Kia Forte Ex. She was very honest and helpful in all that she did. I decided to give it a shot. Upon arriving at Langdale, I met Jerri and she immediately turned me over to Joey Fowler, the sales representative. Joey was wonderful to work with and he definately put up with alot from me, but in the end he got me into the car I wanted with the payment I wanted. I would most definately recommend Langdale Kia to anyone that is interested in purchasing a new or used car. Oh and by the way, "I Love my Kia!" More
Arlis was friendly and informative and easy to be with. He listened to me, understood what I wanted, and set about to get it for me. I could have (and called alot) gone to any dealer around to look and buy a new vehicle, but the one and only, and when I say only I mean " the only reason " I went to Langdale Kia was beca to look and buy a new vehicle, but the one and only, and when I say only I mean " the only reason " I went to Langdale Kia was because of one person, Jerri Smith. We filled out a online description of what we were looking for and she called us back with in 30 min. Langdale Kia is over an hour away, and with Tallahassee only 35 miles south, the choice should have been to go there. Come on you have to admit it you go from point "A" to point "B" so when it all boils down (to me)it's about customer service, not the price, not the color, not the make or model but how you were treated. I have worked for 2 Dealerships in my life Key Nissan and Panama City Toyota I know the game. So did I pay to much, Sure I did, look at the paper work for your self. Am I happy, VERY, when we arrived at the dealership, we were met by a young man, His name is Hobie. We told him our situation and he showed us around the lot. My wife has been looking at the Sorento for a long time and she is driving the one she was looking at. I owned a Kia sedona for about 5 years and they are great. Ok, I think I have rambled long enough. The bottom line witch is the most important place is we were treated like family, no pushing or double talk just good ol customer service. Buying a car from Langdale Kia was truly a pleasure and I never thought buying a car could be that. One day I hope to meet Jerri and thank her for what she done for us.
