I waited a while to type and send this. I contacted Langdale Kia concerning a new 2012 or 2013 Optima EX. Me and my wife had colors and options we wanted and also we are USAA members so we wanted to k Langdale Kia concerning a new 2012 or 2013 Optima EX. Me and my wife had colors and options we wanted and also we are USAA members so we wanted to know if they honored the USAA members preferred pricing. They asked us to come down so we could look and see what was available in 2012's in the color / options we wanted. There were very few and none in the color we wanted. We decided to give it a few days to decide if we wanted to pay the higher price for a 2013 or go for another color in a 2012. To make a long story short there were not many available since they had started introducing the 2013's. So on to the rest of the story.... we made the decision to go for a 2013 in the exact color / options we wanted. All were available. We did stop in again and he started telling us that that price was not realistic that the car was in high demand, etc. Do you see where we are going with this. I contacted Eli and again brought up that we wanted the USAA pricing and he asked us to come down again and talk to Bryan. They had just received one in the color we wanted, so we drove it. We tried to spend our money in Valdosta at Langdale, but NO GO!! So we went to Kia Autosport in Tallahassee and struck a deal with Tony and the gang there, ordered our new Optima which included the engine warranty and tires for life. More

I am a return customer for the third time to Langdale Honda Kia and everytime I walk onto the lot there is a no pressure feel. We were never made to feel that our financial situation was an issue and it seemed that the sales person Eric Ricks did everything he could to make our experience great. There was even a moment I needed to take some advil for a headache, and he brought me a bottle of water. Great and awesome experience. The car we drove away with was the car we came to look at, and just were treated wonderfully. on july 14,2012 my daughter and i went to honda/kia looking for a car, for my daughters jetta we purchased about a year ago was totaled out in a flood and we walked in and saw the friendly face of tom looking for a car, for my daughters jetta we purchased about a year ago was totaled out in a flood and we walked in and saw the friendly face of tom kelley, and let him know what we were looking for and that is when cass powers started to take care of the situtation. we looked and looked at several cars, and very patient he was with my daughter, we finally found the one she wanted, right of the show room floor. cass was a very big help with everything that we wanted and needed, and not to mention all the others at langdale honda kia, cass, tom, and alan, thank u so much for everything, my daughter loves her new 2012 honda civic and we love u all. and not 2 mention on july 17, 2012 i took my mom in there and again everyone was nice and cass approached us with the kindess smile, and we started to look for a car for my mother. everyone again took there time to help out with every need and cass once again did the miracle of leaving with a car in had at a great price for my mom (also alan did a great job too)and we all left there happy. this has been a great week for us all, and i want to thank tom kelley, cass powers, and alan young for all the help and the happy faces they brought to my mom and daughter.
