Honestly, we were reluctant to buy here because of past experience with their service department, but we like Honda so we gave it a shot. The experience really couldn't have been any better! Mike Varnum is a new salesman, and maybe that's a good thing. He was very polite, friendly, and easy to get along with. The best part was...he was honest! If he didn't know something..he said so..and did his best to get us the correct answer as quickly as possible, instead of taking the lazy route and giving us some B.S answer hoping we wouldn't know the truth. My wife said that he gets 100% of the credit for us buying here. She is very leery of salesman...too pushy, creepy and follow you around like a wolf hunting sheep. Mike was none of these!
