I'm pretty new at the whole car buying but I gotta say this has to be one of the best dealerships around. I found the vehicle I wanted and got it with the price I wanted, I don't think it gets much better this has to be one of the best dealerships around. This an incredible "little" dealership with a definate ability to inspire customer loyalty. I have bought a new vehicle (2008) and a used vehicle (2009) here and have never felt anything but comfortable ability to inspire customer loyalty. Their service department is fast, responsive and very effective. The entire staff are friendly and professional with a unique ability to be there to answer your questions without crowding your shopping experience. I have never found a dealership that is this stellar in every aspect of the automotive experience. If I am living anywhere in the Southeastern U.S., I will only buy here. More
This was my very first new car purchase and Nick was great to work with. I was scared of having to get a new car because car salesman are usually very pushy and hover a lot. Nick did none of these. He brought out the keys to two vehicles so I could take a look and let me test drive the one I wanted without him, which was nice; it gave me time to think and talk things over with my friend. He stayed faded in the background while I looked at both cars and talked things over with my friend. Once I told him I'd like to talk numbers, we went inside and he worked very well with me to get the price I wanted. I walked out of there with a great deal and very happy that Hyundai of Valdosta was able to dispel my fear of car salesmen. I was so pleased with them and with Nick in particular, that I have since sent three friends over to them to buy cars and all have been very pleased with their experiences. More
Carlos was very pleasant and professional to work with on purchasing our 2009 Santa Fe. Carlos explained everything about the vehicle; we went back on Saturday for a test drive and bought it. We are from out of town so Mark agreed to quote us via email, sign and fax the sales agreement, and provide a credit card for deposit until we could arrive. We agreed to a price, gave Mark our email address expecting a quick sale. The email was slow arriving, but we figured he may have had a few customers buying cars, so no big deal. The email finally arrived, but was full of errors. The base price for the vehicle had been inflated higher than the sticker and higher than the Internet listed price and his telephone quote. Mark or the dealership added $2000 'dealer fees' and 'taxes' which we discussed did not apply since we are from out of state. Amazingly the total of the quote was only a little over $2000!! That would be a great deal for us, but it was obviously a mistake and we would never even dream of trying to force them to honor such. So, we emailed Mark and asked that he correct the errors and we would complete the sale. Only problem was, Mark never responded. We called for Mark, but he was never available again, and did not ruturn our the messages we left. We surmise that they probably sold the vehicle and could not be bothered with calling us back. If Hyundai of Valdosta only values people when they are immediate prospective customers, they won't like us much after the sale is done. More
Went to get a used car, left with a new one. Carlos really was helpful with looking to see what he could do for us.
