Ryan and Zack were very unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone to this dealership if they had to do business with either of these people. I went to trade in my new Challenger that I’ve only had for a few months. The Finance Manager, Brandon Stephens was extremely rude and had the WORST attitude. He spoke to me as if I was incompetent. My wife carried her 2019 Hyundai Tucson in because her check engine light was on. She needed an oil change and engine flush. She was overcharged greatly. They charged her $172. On Thursday, 12/31/2020 I brought my vehicle in for it's 15,000 mile service along with an oil change and tire rotation. I picked up my vehicle and paid the bill. The next morning, as I was filling up, I no 15,000 mile service along with an oil change and tire rotation. I picked up my vehicle and paid the bill. The next morning, as I was filling up, I noticed something, about 6 my months ago I had a flat tire, left front, and had it repaired. The machnic market the location of the valve stem with a white chalk. That tire was still on the left front. When I seen that, I check the rest of my tires. I found another problem. About 4-5 months back I hit something on the road which damaged my right rear tire beyond repair. I replaced the original tire with a compatible Michelin tire. The Michelin was still on the right rear of the vehicle. Based on these two facts, the tires have not been rotated as stated on the service invoice. I find myself wondering, what else was not completed on my vehicle. I will be contacting the dealership on Monday for an explanation. More
My daughter took her 2017 Hyundai Elantra because the check engine light was on(car is under warranty). The lady in customer service insisted that there was nothing wrong with her car. She said the technician said there were no codes registered. My daughter left the dealership with the check engine light still on. Had to take it to Tallahassee to Werner Hyundai where the problem was diagnosed, repaired, and covered by warranty. If you have a problem with your Hyundai DO NOT take it to this dealership.
