On Thursday, 12/31/2020 I brought my vehicle in for it's 15,000 mile service along with an oil change and tire rotation. I picked up my vehicle and paid the bill. The next morning, as I was filling up, I no 15,000 mile service along with an oil change and tire rotation. I picked up my vehicle and paid the bill. The next morning, as I was filling up, I noticed something, about 6 my months ago I had a flat tire, left front, and had it repaired. The machnic market the location of the valve stem with a white chalk. That tire was still on the left front. When I seen that, I check the rest of my tires. I found another problem. About 4-5 months back I hit something on the road which damaged my right rear tire beyond repair. I replaced the original tire with a compatible Michelin tire. The Michelin was still on the right rear of the vehicle. Based on these two facts, the tires have not been rotated as stated on the service invoice. I find myself wondering, what else was not completed on my vehicle. I will be contacting the dealership on Monday for an explanation. More
