While having my pilot serviced, I’ve had a few problems. I had a slow leak from one of my tires but they couldn’t find it, so I had to go home find it for them and take it back up there to be fixed. I was told the tire couldn’t be fixed and needed a new one. In the process of getting tire installed they messed up my rim and had to be fixed as well. During another visit my oil drain plug was left loose and drained all down my drive way. Took the pilot up to Langdale Honda for the oil to be cleaned off the car and they wouldn’t even do that. Don’t know why I even went back after that but I did. So I paid the the price for that by watching the individual that serviced my suv steal all the change out of my door. Vowed to never go back but now I am having transmission issues at 28k miles. I have been calling about everyday to see when I can get it fixed and the recalls taken care of, but keep getting told different excuses of why I can’t get a loaner and get my suv fixed. Even after all the trouble they have caused me. Terrible customer service. More

Reggie Garland is the salesman we worked with and highly recommend too. Not only they sold us a wonderful vehicle, they were easy to work with and are very honest. After selling us the car, Reggie went out of his way to explain to us the different functions in the vehicle. Upgrading from a 2003 to 2019 was a big shock to our system, and he anticipated it by making sure we knew how to use our vehicle properly. When we had concerns about the car after we bought it, they immediately asked us to bring it in, took 1.5 hours to check it all over, discovered that the adaptive transmission needed to be reset and learn my driving style, they reset it so the process would be smoother for me and the issues we were worried about disappeared. The whole time they didn’t make me feel inadequate, were very understanding, kind and took the time to explain to me how the new technology works. If you want to be treated with decency and respect, this is the place to go and Reggie is the salesman to ask for 😊 More
My wife and I were blown away by the honesty of this dealership. We like to do our research so once we knew that we wanted an Odyssey we were calling around to all the dealerships within a 200 mile rad dealership. We prayed about it and when we ran our search Langsdale Honda popped up first because it is right down the road. We kept searching and found many deals that were slightly better, but when we called and asked for an out of the door price all these “better” deals turned out to be much worse. We were shocked by the added fees. Langdale’s fees were few and well explained. Reggie Garland reached out and gave us the exact amount the vehicle would cost. He was a pleasure to work with. He was so helpful. I think he probably could have helped several more customers that day, but instead focused just on us. It was also refreshing to see a man who is bold and unashamed of his faith. The car was great too, Reggie provided a report of all the maintenance items and checks that were performed on the vehicle. This company didn’t just detail and sell vehicles. Out of an abundance of caution, we still took the vehicle to an outside mechanic during our test drive. The only thing mentioned was that the brakes and rotors needed replacing. The mechanic gave us a quote which we took back to Langdale. Despite having reservations about the recommendation (because they had already had the car checked), the manager did not argue and instead took an extra $500 off the total price. Billy was fun and knowledgeable. He obviously knew how to deal with the peculiarities of a military individual. If I could make any recommendations for the store it would be to find a way to shade the show room floor. The giant windows face the sun all afternoon which turn the entire area into a greenhouse. I feel bad for the workers, like Reggie, who have to swelter in show room area. The back was quite cool and refreshing. At one point we were taken to the waiting area and given some cold water which was very much appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. Everyone was honest and the process was smooth and effortless. I also like to think that we made a new friend, which is so much better than any vehicle. More

I must say that I was always treated with the upmost respect when I enter Langdale Honda. The dealership is Soooo comfortable/inviting while waiting for service to be provided to their customers.
