Do not go to this dealership to buy a vehicle or get service done on your vehicle!!!! If I could, I would rate this dealship at a ZERO!!! I paid over $1300 just to get my vehicle back with issues that were not there before!!! Brought my truck into this dealership for the 100K service where I was treated like I was stupid, got xxxxty maintenance, and my truck was worse condition compared to when I brought it in to the dealership. I requested a review of a vibration in the truck and was told there was no issues of the truck except for the fact that the front and back tires were different. When I got the truck home I looked at the tires and noticed the two front tires were different then the back tires but one of the front tires was balding on the outer edge of the tire and the other side was not. Even someone who has no knowledge of mechanics on vehicles would know that this issue is more than likely dealing with the alignment. Part of ANY general inspection is reviewing the alignment of the vehicle and therefore this issue should have been discovered especially sense I requested specifically that this issue be addressed. I was treated as though I was stupid and disrespected by the service department. About a week later after the inspection and getting the vehicle home I noticed a leak in my transmission system. After about three weeks from getting my vehicle home I had to pull over on the side of the road due to my vehicle overheating and not properly clean the engine. I had just worked 12 hours and was extremely tired and then had to deal with this issue! I called the dealership service department and talked to Brandon who treated me as though I was a stupid female and had no idea what I was talking about. I have done minor maintenance on vehicles to include dealing with my transmission so I am not inexperienced two minor maintenance issues so been treated this way was the most disrespectful way that someone could treat a client! I was told by Brandon that he was going to talk to his boss, Jack Jr., about the issue because I refused to drive my vehicle that had just overheated and had minimal transmission fluid in the overflow tank to the dealership to have it looked at. When I spoke with Jack Jr he told me that I should be able to get AAA to tow my truck to the dealership. Because of that I would’ve had to pay out of pocket and I was not going to do that due to an issue that was caused by the dealership. It was too coincidental that a week after I received maintenance from this dealership that I would have issues with my transmission and have leaks. When I had called the third time and talked to Brandon he had told me that he was sorry if he was quiet but he was taking notes about what was going on. I told him I was doing the same because I wanted to make sure everything was written down just in case I had to take this to a higher up in his chain. After I told Brandon that I was taking notes he immediately connected me to his boss Jack Jr which was when the Conversation about getting the truck to the dealership was brought up. After I told Jack Jr I was not going to pay to have AAA tow my truck to the dealership, Jack Jr had stated he will send one of their tow trucks to come pick my truck up so they can do the inspection on what the problem was. Once the tow truck came to pick my vehicle up and my vehicle was lifted up on the towing mechanism I asked to take a look at the other portion of my vehicle and I took pictures of The area where I found the leak. There was transmission fluid all over the undercarriage of my vehicle. I also took pictures of the axle, inside the tire Assembly, and the outer portion of the tires. It was much easier to see everything when it was off the ground. When I finally received a phone call from Jack Jr about what was wrong with my vehicle, he did say he was going to cover the costs of what was wrong which was a crack in the transmission overflow tank, however, if there was a crack in the tank it should have been found during the general inspection that was accomplished the first time around. I was very happy that they were going to cover the charge but once I got home with my vehicle I noticed there was still fluid on the undercarriage. I wiped the fluid away which should have been done by the mechanics, and not even three days later when I had driven the truck once was there a small puddle where I had my truck parked in my work parking lot and yet again there was fluid on the undercarriage in the exact same spot that there was fluid before I brought it in and the change of the overflow tank. I am livid! How can a dealership not only be this inexperienced with even general maintenance and inspecting a vehicle but also be very disrespectful and sexist! I was told the general inspection consisted of just looking at the vehicle however when I look through the maintenance book for my vehicle it states that you should not only look at the Engine and tubes but also ensure the seals of the tubes all over the engine are properly sealed. Therefore in my book that means actually putting your hands on the engine and actually doing a proper inspection by ensuring the tubes are not being degraded and the seals are tight! This place is so inexperienced! They have people working in the maintenance department that have no idea what they are doing and they hire people with minimal experience from what I have read where they send their new hired personal to Ford certification training. I bet that training is not as in-depth as what is needed to ensure proper maintenance is given to the clients. I will never go to this dealership again. I will also ensure that all my coworkers, Friends and family know that this dealership is crooked in their ways and inexperienced. They just want to rob their clients out of hard earned money just because they can! I will say that Jack Jr was nice and did assist me where it was needed but he was the only person that treated me with respect and not like I was just a stupid female!! More
