Everything as far as price was broken down for us but after we signed multiple pages and were about to sign the very last one the price for the key fob replacement, gap insurance, and warranty was broken down. We felt like that pricing/information should have been discussed before we signed almost everything. This should be discussed before signing the very last page so if the buyer decides that the price is more than they are looking to pay for the gap, warranty etc. the paperwork doesn't have to be completely redone and the buyer have to start all over signing everything. Also, Marvin advised us not to tell anyone our interest rate because "that is nobody's business". We will tell anyone we want what our interest rate was and as a first time car buyer it felt that he didn't want us to tell anyone because maybe it is way higher than it should be. We went ahead with the purchase and are happy with our vehicle but the experience with Marvin was a little sketchy. More

I, of course, return and purchased the vehicle he showed me. When we drove back up to dealership the salesman was actually coming back from a test drive in the vehicle to make sure everything was working properly. When he took the paperwork to the finance manager, the finance manager had another customer so the salesman called me on my cell phone to let me know that it would a little longer than he expected. I thought that was very considerate of him. The Finance manager was very friendly and explained everything in detail. This was one of the best car buying experiences I've had. More

Great experience buying a new car I had been looking at an Escape on the lot for several weeks to purchase for my wife. I had read all the reviews and Escape was rated in the top 5 fo I had been looking at an Escape on the lot for several weeks to purchase for my wife. I had read all the reviews and Escape was rated in the top 5 for small SUVs. Finally got the time and my wife to go for a test drive. I worked with Jerry Anderson who was very helpful. When we told him which car we were interested in he took the time to have it washed before our test drive since it was covered in tree pollen. We both drove and liked the car but it had too many features on it that we were not interested in or willing to pay for and my wife wanted a different color. After a few days, Jerry called and told us another Escape had just come in with the desired color and a few less expensive features. My wife drove the car and liked it as well as the first and after thinking about it over a weekend, we bought it. Jerry was very understanding with the time we took to make a decision. More
