A very great and knid sales person!! Escape Sel Ecoboost I wasn't able to go in person in the first place but I was able to talk with Dennis by phone about the escape I wanted and he told me that he will do I wasn't able to go in person in the first place but I was able to talk with Dennis by phone about the escape I wanted and he told me that he will do all he can to help me get the escape and after 2 days of communicating with him thru phone he gave me good news and I was able to go see and test drive the escape i first layed my eyes in too and that same weekend after signing some papers with my dad, boy was i very excited in taking the escape home, i just couldn't believe myself it felt like it was just a dream but in reality it was a dream come true. I love this escape its soo amazing. im soo glad I was able to speak with Dennis by helping me out and finally getting the escape I always wanted an Sel with the trim package of a titanium :). Broke down and Langdale was most helpful My wife and I were traveling from Tampa to Atlanta on April 23, 2015 with our 2003 Excursion towing a 28 foot trailer. We had just had a new diesel e My wife and I were traveling from Tampa to Atlanta on April 23, 2015 with our 2003 Excursion towing a 28 foot trailer. We had just had a new diesel engine installed at a Ford dealer in the Tampa Bay area and en-route noticed the temperature gauge went to hot. We pulled over and called Langdale and they said they could look at the truck 1st thing in the AM. We had the truck and trailer towed to them (about 80 miles). The next morning they called to tell us that the new engine had failed and that it would be best to take it back to the dealer that did the work. The staff at Langdale was very helpful during our almost 2 day ordeal as we finally got the truck and trailer towed back to the Tampa area dealer that Friday. Highly recommend them. Thanks for your great service. More
