My fiance and I recently decided that we wanted to go ahead and get an SUV for later down the road when we decide to start a family, and also because our Australian Shepherd was not liking the cramped back seat of my Elantra. Being the kind of person that I am, I just knew that this process was not going to be easy, but I was wrong. We found the Escape that we bought online and made an appointment through a friend of ours the next day to go look at it. When we got there Dennis had multiple customers but still made time to sit down with us and let us drive the car around to make sure that we liked it. Being in the car business I know how it can be when you get a rush of customers in all at once, but he made sure that he got to us and was very apologetic about it, most places would tell you to sit down and wait forever but he didn't. We were not able to get in the Escape the same day so we had to come back the following day, and Dennis told us that if anyone came up and he felt that the car was going to be sold he would come pick up my car and let me drive the Escape for the rest of the day, which I thought was amazing because most other dealership's wouldn't do that - they would tell you first come first serve. Friday when we went to sign for the vehicle we were in and out within an hour, which I though was amazing! We finally got in the car and have not regretted it since, we love our Escape and we loved the service we received from Dennis!! More
