Amazingly surprised and impressed !!!!!!! I called Langdale Ford after calling Cook County Ford, after feeling like Cook County Ford wasn't very friendly or interested in selling me a truck t I called Langdale Ford after calling Cook County Ford, after feeling like Cook County Ford wasn't very friendly or interested in selling me a truck they had on their lot, I called Langdale Ford and asked to speak to someone about buying a new truck , I was directed to Woody Kautzman I explained to him that I was interested in a truck at Cook County Ford. I also asked if it was possible to DX the truck from them to his dealer for me to purchase. Woody said he would try calling them to get the truck and would call me back soon. About 10 minutes later he called me and said they wouldn't let the truck go. Woody said he could find me the same truck with more options on it for about the same price I said ok. So less then 30 minutes later he called and said he found one and had me approved at that time. I went to the dealer and met Woody and he was very professional and nice. I signed the papers and the best part is that he sent one of his employees to get the truck for me.( which was over 2 hours drive oneway from Langdale ford ) . I was leaving to go to the Jacksonville Beach FL. and I really wanted to take the new truck because there was four of us going and it would icing on the cake so to speak. Well at 7:00 pm Friday night the truck pulled up, Woody had it detailed and fueled up and we had a wonderful weekend trip. NOW THATS SERVICE !!!! Im in business myself and I can say I finally found someone else who really understands that customer service is where its at. Woody thank-you , and in closing I will say I will always buy from Langdale Ford as long as their customer service is great ,now when the truck is due for service im hoping the service department is at the same level as the sales department . Friendliest people in town! I was interested in trading in my van and was considering the new styled Escapes. In the past I had dealt with Dennis and wanted to see if he was stil I was interested in trading in my van and was considering the new styled Escapes. In the past I had dealt with Dennis and wanted to see if he was still with Langdale. (It had been years since I had purchased a vehile from him.) I asked and was informed that Dennis would be back shortly so I decided to go out and look at some of the vehicles. While I was walking around, Joe Bowen came out to check on me and offered to get keys for any vehicle I wanted to look at. I thought it was so nice and gentlemanly of him to offer to help me even though he knew I was waiting for Dennis! I wasn't sure a Ford was what I wanted and was only checking on the Escape because friends and family had recommended it. It didn't take long for Joe and Dennis to prove my friends were right and the Escape was the perfect vehicle for me! I always appreciate how friendly and welcoming everybody is when I get my vehicle serviced at Langdale,, especially Dora and David, and I can honestly say that the sales people don't disappoint either! Everybody I ran into at the Super Center was so friendly! More

Simply impressive! I was recently in the market for a new vehicle. I went by Langdale Ford (1st time ever) because I was in the Valdosta area for the day anyway. I went by there just to see if they had any Lincoln vehicles on their lot. I had no intentions of buying a Ford model, nor have I ever in the past. I was assisted by Brad Pye whom was very personable, knowledgeable, and patient. He acknowledged my interest in Lincoln and he asked what features and such are important to me. After having a conversation with Mr. Pye, he showed me a vehicle that he felt would fit my lifestyle. That vehicle was a Ford Explorer which came fully loaded with everything I wanted and so much more! I was beyond impressed with this vehicle and with the customer service from Brad Pye. He took the time to get to know my wants, my needs, and what is important to me. He didn't try to push a vehicle on me just to make a sale. He showed me a vehicle that was right for me. Needless to say, I came home in that Explorer. I LOVE it and I can't believe I had never looked at a Ford vehicle before. They gave me great trade-in value on my truck and worked with me to get the exact vehicle I wanted. I'm very particular and I had set my sights on a very specific 2010 Audi. Despite the fact they are not an Audi dealership they actually went to Florida and got the car for me!! The entire process was incredibly smooth and easy. The sales staff, management, and finance department were all incredible. It took no time at all to get all the paperwork sorted out and get me in my new vehicle.
