WOODY KAUTZMAN SHOULD WIN SALESMAN OF THE YEAR OR SOMETHING Woody had quickly helped my partner buy a truck when another dealership did not even put forth effort. Woody was so helpful to my partner, I decided to look at a used Taurus because I wanted something more roomy than my Mustang. I knew which car I wanted to test drive and they quickly got it ready for me before I got there. I told them I wanted to test drive another make at another dealer and I would call them tomorrow afternoon. There was no pressure to buy and that was wonderful. The next day I test drove the other make and did not like the "feel" of the car on the inside so I called Woody and told him I was interested in the car I test drove with him and would be by later that afternoon By the time I got to Langdale Ford, it was pretty late (near closing time). They stayed late to run my info to some banks and was very honest and said we can wait until tomorrow and try more banks and possibly get a lower APR but here are two choices we have now, etc. There was no pressure to sign that night and no pressure to leave the dealership even though it way past closing time. I decided to get the car that night and Woody even helped me clear my stuff out of my Mustang that I traded in and put it in the 2015 Taurus that I purchased from Langdale. He also called daily the next few days to be sure everything was going well and I was enjoying the car.
