He went out to confirm that the car had all we wanted,then called me back. We were driving 2 hrs to see this car. Got there,loved it,and thought we would have to go back to pick it up. We were greeted by Larry Long, who not only was helpful, but treated us with dignity. Never in the two weeks that we spent communicating with Larry about finding the right vehicle for us, did I ever feel like I was just another paycheck to him. He was patient and made sure we got into the vehicle that was right for us. I've bought several vehicles in my life and Larry is bar none the best salesman I've experienced. I would recommend him to anyone interested in a new vehicle. The other staff at the dealership were friendly and accommodating as well. Other dealerships should take notice on how Langdale Ford provides proper customer service. I can see why they have been in business for as long as they have. More
