Poor service department Took car in for a wheel sound and they came back and said they cant find where the sound was coming from. Even though I had told them right where it w Took car in for a wheel sound and they came back and said they cant find where the sound was coming from. Even though I had told them right where it was. My wheel bearing was going out. Should have been covered under my ESP but had to pay another repair center to replace the bearing assay. Langdale said they had 3 techs look at my vehicle and couldn't find the issue. I heard the issue 4 feet away from car when the wheel was spun while car was on the rack. Put several complaints in. Never heard back from them. Called dereck the day I was getting it fixed and told him that it was my wheel bearing. He said glad I was getting it fixed. He didn't care that it should have been covered under there warranty. More
