Service department I had recently purchased a F150 from Langdale from Jerry Anderson who is an outstanding salesman and willing to do anything to help out and make sure I had recently purchased a F150 from Langdale from Jerry Anderson who is an outstanding salesman and willing to do anything to help out and make sure you have a fantastic experience, but after I returned home I noticed the 110V wasn't working. I brought it back for them to check what was wrong. They ended up finding out the 110V was not in the options when ordered and accidentally came from the factory with the three prong outlet but no power supply for it. Since I bought my truck expecting that I had a 110V outlet, they ended up ordering and installing the power supply to make the outlet work free of charge! Mark, Jerry, and the service department did a great job in helping out and resolving the issue. Great customer service and happy I bought my truck from this dealership! More
Great customer service! This dealership went way out of their way to help put me in a reliable, comfortable, and technology filled car (though that wasn't a deciding factor). I went looking for a much, much cheaper car, but they were able to finance me for a 2014 Toyota Corolla LE and I couldn't be happier. I can still afford it, and it had so low miles, that I dont have to worry about any problems. I couldn't thank Steve McCormick and Martin Eleazer in Financing for all of their kindness and dedication. These men deserve raises! Wonderful place. Thank you so much! More

I have always been apprehensive about buying a vehicle because of previous My wife and I had a great sales experience at Langdale Ford on 30 Sep 16. I have always been apprehensive about buying a vehicle because of previous high pressure sales teams wanting to sell me the vehicle they wanted to sell me versus the vehicle I needed. The internet was our first stop in beginning our shopping experience. Unlike some websites that stated "call for price" or missing vehicle information (mileage) the Langdale Ford website was easy to navigate and had up front pricing which included year, make, model, mileage and MPG for every vehicle. At the car lot, Thomas Provost took the time to listen to my vehicle needs and budget concerns and only showed me vehicles that fit both categories. There were no high pressure sales techniques to get me into a more expensive vehicle that would have put me outside my budget. In addition, there were no dealer fees added to the price of the vehicle. Our financial specialist Marvin Eleazer was very helpful as well. I explained to him my financial concerns of remaining in my budget and my other banking institutions options for financing the vehicle we were looking at. He was very patient as I contacted my bank for APR and monthly payment options (72, 60, 36 months). Marvin worked his magic and was able to find financing options that beat my bank's rates. My wife and I were very, very happy with the overall car buying experience. Everyone listened to my needs and were able to meet them all. It was a very friendly, professional, relaxed, no-pressure environment to by a car. I traded up from a 2000 Dodge Grand Caravan at 241,000 miles to a 2012 Dodge Journey with 59,000 miles. Problems with f150 grill flaking off. My 2014F150 grill was flaking off. So I asked them to fix it. They told me they could not because some yahoo in Detrot did not think it was love bugs. So I don't matter.I would not buy a pen from them because they will tell you you need approval from Detroit if it's broke. That's not how to do business in small town U.S.A. Now I have to waste my resources on lawyer. If Ford will not stand by there product, why but from them. More
