On a cross country trip the sunroof glass shattered. I had a bike rack on the rear of the Edge and when I opened the trunk the clasps loosened and the force shattered the sunroof. I brought it in to this dealership and Dave Patel in Service corralled 3 other team members to analyze the situation and see what would be possible. They discussed and pondered and finally Rex crash wrapped it so tightly that it held up for the remaining 1200 miles of the journey home! They also helped to solve the next problem of what to do with the bike! I am so incredibly impressed with their 'southern hospitality' and true desire to help, and solve the problem.
