This dealer has taken care of my car needs for 5 years now. 2 years ago, I leased a 2024 Corsair, great car and I had a hard time letting it go! Talked to Jeff Bentley in the pre-owned department and told now. 2 years ago, I leased a 2024 Corsair, great car and I had a hard time letting it go! Talked to Jeff Bentley in the pre-owned department and told him what I needed, ended up leaving with an MKS, really low mileage, got a GREAT car at a GREAT price. Kyle and Griffen in the service dept rock and have always taken good care of my car! Stopped and talked to Ed Hunglinger at the Landmark Collision Center, got a quote for some touch up work on my new ride. Zach Wagner in finance was wonderful! Last stop was the Parts dept, talked to Dean Schrock and ordered some touch up paint, fuel plug. I have to give a shout out to Tammy Walker and Brad Long and Nicki Dick, you guys helped get me into the Corsair Lease, now I will be a Lincoln owner most likely the rest of my life! Love the Brand! Job well done all the way around, I couldn't be happier with my new car!! I will keep coming back! More
Note: I was forced to select a service rep, but I don't know who my rep was, so that selection is irrelevant. I was very appreciative of the service team getting my vehicle in right away and looking at know who my rep was, so that selection is irrelevant. I was very appreciative of the service team getting my vehicle in right away and looking at it quickly. I am still nervous since I was told the issue came down to being a software update. The vehicle had previously just stopped and refused to drive. This had happened in a similar way twice before and was in a Lincoln dealership in Phoenix. So, I am still very nervous of the vehicle's reliability. I never met my Landmark service rep, so I can't offer a rating there. In fact upon picking it up, I was directed to the cashier, so that gave me no chance to talk to my rep. I had to call to find out the status of things, both when the vehicle was delivered, and afterwards. It would have been nice to have heard from him without calling. On the dealership, the once difference I will say about Landmark versus Sanderson in Phoenix, is Sanderson hands back a vehicle in spotless condition regardless of how it was received. A small thing, but significant too. At the end of the day, I am very appreciative of Landmark for getting this in an turning it around quickly. More
