If you ever decide to go to this dealership for service, think twice! Or at least you should know what you are doing. My wife went for a regular oil change and she ended up paying almost a thousand dolla think twice! Or at least you should know what you are doing. My wife went for a regular oil change and she ended up paying almost a thousand dollar, out of it $640 something was only for labor. They are scammers. I tried to talk to the service manager and the service advisers later, they all tried to talk to me out and tried to make me accept the scam. She has a Honda CR-V and it has only 36K miles on it. Brand new tires on it but they even try to make her replace her all brand new tires. They knew she has no idea about cars and they try to get as much as they can. Completely unprofessional, they behave like street vendors, I will never shop anything at this place. I don't recommend anyone to spend a penny there. More

My advisor Sean Kearney welcomed me at my arrival for repairs explained in terms I could understand all repairs and their charges, and he made sure I had the coupon deals that could be applied . Always going the extra mile to help customers. He Made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed while getting service and before I left and always thanks me for choosing Landmarkd Honda. There was a Platco Tools Truck parked in their lot which on the side read Service Trust Results and you know that is what Landmark Honda is all about and they do it with love and sincerity. I went in for a muffler/Pipe B replacement. They charged $1000 for labor and parts (400 for labor over 10 hours, 600 for parts). Leave it to RICK to rip you off. Don't be fooled by Rick's friendly facade; he offered to assist me at his desk, where I requested an oil change at the advertised special of about $53. (I called in advance & spoke to a service center rep who told me about the special which was posted on their Web site...that's the only reason I went to this location.) I told Rick I wanted an oil change at the advertised special, he confirmed the discounted price & even came out from behind his desk for me to sign off on the paperwork for payment (again, he pretends to be so warm & customer-centric). At the payment counter, I realized that Rick actually charged me the full price, which was almost 30% more. FYI: It is illegal to charge more than the advertised price (which was verbally agreed upon between the merchant & customer) but some con artists don't think that people (or perhaps just women) will review their bill(s). I called to complain & another person processed a refund for the difference. Advice: Do not let Rick "assist" you at his desk unless you want to be lied to & overpay!!! More
