We were very pleased with the service provided by Ricardo Astudillo at Landmark Honda. He was very respectful of our Covid needs and serviced our car in a timely manner. I ordered the gas cap solenoid for a 2020 Honda Civic back on 7 August. The dealership for several of the representatives told me that there’s a back order on this parking in one case one person was wait back on 7 August. Fortunately, I actually have a calendar where I track what I ordered this part and have a schedule to call them up on a regular basis. I happen chance to call landmark Honda on Friday, 24th of November and they have the part. The difference here is landmark Honda did not take the time or effort to inform me the part was in stock and offered to schedule an appointment. I wanna make this clear that if you have to pre-order a part with this particular dealership, expect to have to track it on your own attention in time. More
