My vehicle is an older Honda, and Chris always looks for possible preventive maintenance before there is a potential problem. There is a team approach at Landmark Honda that you will not find at some other service departments. Landmark Honda's approach is not to "upsell" unecessary services, but rather to provide real service value to their customers. In the service waiting area, you can see this approach as service managers discuss service options with customers and not force repairs that customers are not comfortable with. I will return to Landmark Honda for future service needs. More

The service area was clean and presentable and the mood of the employees jolly. He was a gentleman and made me feel comfortable not only with the work being done to the car but as well as with the people doing the work. He went above and beyond in my opinion. I've owned many cars in my 66 years, and had them serviced at many different dealers. That's given me lots of bad experiences with auto service/repair shops: wrong diagnoses; performing unnecessary serviced at many different dealers. That's given me lots of bad experiences with auto service/repair shops: wrong diagnoses; performing unnecessary service; having to bring the car back to get the work correctly done; excessive charges. Rare are the exceptional service shops where they are expert at diagnosis of problems, do it right the first time, do it with a smile, and charge reasonable rates. Boy was I glad I tried Landmark Honda to service my Honda Odyssey--they are one of those exceptional, outstanding service/repair shops. I first went to them because other dealers/service shops had been unable to solve a recurring problem of moldy odors in the AC/air system. On that first visit, I met Larry Schifflet, Service manager for Landmark Honda, and discussed with him the history of our problems. Larry was terrific: he dug right in with his service team to correctly diagnose the source of the problem, and solve it! And he did that while keeping me closely posted on their investigation and the solutions he was proposing. I was treated like an old lost friend; the entire team was courteous and professional. That was a year and a half ago, and I've been having my Odyssey serviced by Larry Schifflet and his team ever since then. I'm taking the time to submit this rating because my experience is that Larry Schifflet is an exceptional professional who runs a top notch service shop. Larry himself is obviously an expert diagnostician, and is dedicated to continually achieving excellence in customer service and satisfaction. I have never had to take the car back to have work redone; never had a bad or even disappointing service experience; always been treated like an old friend. They even have a superb shuttle service to/from metro; if you're running late and miss the shuttle, they reimburse you for taxi fare from the closest metro station to the dealership--how about that for service! It's been a real pleasure doing business there. THANK YOU LANDMARK HONDA! More

I brought my car in for service and had some concerns about the initial handling of my service. After I expressed my concerns to the service manager, he apologized for my experience and made an exceptio about the initial handling of my service. I brought my car back to Landmark so that they could have another look at it. They went above any beyond what was necessary to ensure that all of my concerns were addressed and I believe my car left the service department in excellent shape. I have confidence that I can return to the dealership in the future with positive results. More
I live in Maryland and have been coming to Landmark Honda for a little over 10 years. I have NEVER had my car serviced by any other Honda dealer. I choose to drive to VA for Landmark Honda due to the Excell for a little over 10 years. I have NEVER had my car serviced by any other Honda dealer. I choose to drive to VA for Landmark Honda due to the Excellent Customer Service, the excellent experience with having my car serviced with Charleston the technican who has worked on my car the last ten years if I have any questions he shows me exactly what's wrong with my car and explains it to me in great detail. I have established great business relationships with the employees over the last 10 years. The experience I get from the time I pull up to the time I leave is EXCELLENT. The car porters are even excellent. I could go on and on about Landmark Honda! I highly recommend Landmark Honda to everyone who owns a HONDA. More

Service Mgr), Len( tehcnician- don't know his last name) & Rasheed Powel& his boss Leo (Finance) and Joe( the owner)just super people- fair and honest as the day is long Bought a service contract on my 05 Pilot- it saved me & paid for itself in 5 invoices- first glimpse of the dealership- spotless everywhere all the time, even in the winter( snow everywhere etc) restrooms - immaculate...this is direct reflection of their service, percision, knowledg and ability/willingness to communicate, not condecending to "non car types"- will encourage repairs in an adamate fashion only when saftey is close to being compromised- other wise, parts are redcommneded to be replaced when worn out or making problmes. Fair, efficient and make great decisions( you car can't be done when promised( you're told early on)- you get a loaner on Landmark). Is a consumers advocate with Honda N.A ( will fight for you in warranty related issues)- FYI- Landmark, won the Honda President's award in 08 and has done so several years in a row and not soley for selling cars-when you see the sales force in action there, they are educating not pressuring consumers, they are working with them & LISTENING...I'VE SEEN IT FIRST HAD. Yes, they are busy- everyone moves w/a purpose there, nobody hanging around w/ciragrette's hanging from their mouthes/over their ears- its very professional there but not impersonal. Once the sale is completed, the service dept takes over and that's truly where the "marriage" to this dealership takes place, you're made to feel as if your business matters to Landmark as there will be no place else you'd rather go, why bother w/the rest when you can go to the best- Get your Honda serviced at Landmark and you'll never go else where- trust me. Too bad Chrysler couldn't have received some lessons from Landmark Honda...there is no time left to make mistakes w/your Honda repairs, you don't try to second guess your dentist or doctor- they guard your saftey- don't second guess on your Honda repairs.....Yes, I went there today and my insistence on leaving non-Honda brake pads on my Pilot cost me ( and I was told by Todd Dixon)you could hear the brake noise- and it cost me a pair of rotors- pretty expensive education, I should have listened, it cost me and that taught me...only Honda parts, only Honda education and thus only at Lanmark Honda More
Been using the service department at Rosenthal Landmark honda for a couple years now. I have bought both my car and my wife's car for here a couple years ago. The service manager inspected the car and siad the timing belt just need some lubrication and it wasn't a big deal. They fixed it and even added some windshield fliud for free. They had no Idea what it ment to us, I was so worried about the car since its our only source of transportation to work and other places. They were honest and very sweet. I guess they understand the value of money and great customer service. More
Landmark Honda has a honest, fair repair shop. These people are the opposite of the bad stories you hear about. They have proven themselves to me to be completely honest.
