Mr. Sanita always handles my 2002 Civic when I bring it in for repairs or service, and even though it is an older car he still makes me feel as though I am as important as someone with a brand new Honda. in for repairs or service, and even though it is an older car he still makes me feel as though I am as important as someone with a brand new Honda. Mr. Sanita advises me well ahead of time so I can prepare for my car's maintenance such as replacement of the timing belt. He is always friendly, calls me with updates when he says he will and is generous with making sure I have a rental car if need be. Most recently, Mr. Sanita personally test drove my car when the air conditioner repeatedly blew the fuse so I would not have to encounter the issue myself if the fuse blew again. I trust Mr. Sanita and appreciate his sincere effort to be sure I am a satisfied Landmark Honda customer. More
We had a problem with the airbag system (SRS). While our extended warranty had recently expired, Ms Showers worked with her service manager and only charged us for the part & not the labor--taking care of a extended warranty had recently expired, Ms Showers worked with her service manager and only charged us for the part & not the labor--taking care of a long-term customer--which greatly reduced our expense. I was very pleased with my visit to the Landmark Honda. I'm usually very hesitant about taking my car to a dealership to get it serviced because I feel that either 1. its going to take a ridiculously long I'm usually very hesitant about taking my car to a dealership to get it serviced because I feel that either 1. its going to take a ridiculously long time or 2. I'm going to be taken advantage of... At the landmark honda I felt that in comparison to the people waiting to be serviced ahead of me, my wait time was reasonable. I wasn't there all day. I am very grateful to have worked with Milton Cruz. He was very concerned about not only what's best for me and my car but he was also very geniuine in his opinion of what I should do. He made me feel comfortable with the decisions I had to make for my car. Overall my experience was much better than I expected it to be. More
My service advisors were great! Very knowlegdeable and helpful in the service process. I wish the prices weren't so high, but I do appreciate having knowledgeable and friendly people to interact with dur helpful in the service process. The customer service at Landmark led by Mr. Tony Dixon is exceptional in every aspect. I just tend to rate quality of work as "good" because the services performed are cyclical. Mr. Dixon's friendliness is u exceptional in every aspect. I just tend to rate quality of work as "good" because the services performed are cyclical. Mr. Dixon's friendliness is unmatchable and my overall experience at Landmark has been great. Dealership pricing for services are only okay because they are usually overpriced. It has nothig to do with performance by the service manager (Mr. Dixon). More
I have had my Honda Accord serviced at Landmark for nine years. I have always received excellent service. Most recently Todd has overseen the work done on my car. I plan to continue taking my car to Landmark for service and plan to replace my 2000 Honda with another from Landmark in a few years. More

I purchased my 2008 civic from Landmark in December 2007. Ever since then, I go there for ALL of my service needs. It was very important for me to find a service center that was reputable and trustworthy, and the very first time I went to Landmark for my first oil change, i was incredibly impressed with the customer service. Todd Dixon has always been extremely helpful, friendly, accommodating, and professional. When I go to Landmark, i trust that my car is in good hands and I do not worry about anything once I leave. The work that they do is high quality, the technicians are well trained, patient, and efficient. I do not know a lot about cars, and the whole process of going into a service center, was a little overwhelming at first, but Todd, has always been very patient, and has answered any and every question that I have had in a way that makes sense. In fact, all of the team members i have interacted with in the service center have been exceptional! I would recommend this service center to anyone. As long as I live in the DC MD VA area, Landmark is the ONLY place I will trust my car with. More
Had a couple issues regarding my 06 Civic SI and the service team, specifically Rob Coleman, really helped me out and got the transmission rebuild and shift cable replaced under warranty.
