I am a VERY demanding person when it comes to the quality of Customer Service someone can provide and Mr. Charles Hickey meets and exceeds that. I have taken 2 vehicles to Landmark Honda for service and found it to be a good experience. I took our 2011 crv a couple months back and took our 2012 civic int today. He got my information, had the service done, and came back and escorted me to the cashier and took time out of his busy day to explain my next service plans. I'm from NC and my husband has been in the Air Force here so we probably will not get to come back for service here due to this,and I really hate that because I have never been treated as nice as I was both times that came to Landmark Honda. Mr. Kuhail was so professional and friendly he represents Landmark Honda very well. He treated the same both times, and that was very for Landmark Honda because I have told everyone that I know here to go there for service apps. My experience at this dealership service center has been excellent. I get fast, friendly service with great explanations of what needs to be done and why (even showing pictures when necessary to explain). I excellent. I used to hate getting my car serviced because I felt like I was always getting duped or paying for things that I didn't need. I never feel that way when working with Milton to get my car serviced. He is honest and understanding that when I need my car fixed I have a budget of what I can afford at the time and he helps me to decide what needs to be done immediately and what can wait and still be safe of course---that is the most helpful advice for me!! Would highly recommend for service needs. More

GeGe Showers has always taken care of me, she is very warm and friendly and very professional. In 1973 we bought our first Honda from Landmark, a brand new Civic. Since then we have bought 8 more Hondas there, both new and used, Civics and Accords. We have kept coming back not only because of the con new Civic. Since then we have bought 8 more Hondas there, both new and used, Civics and Accords. We have kept coming back not only because of the consistently competitive pricing, but most importantly, for the maintenance and warranty service provided by Landmark's incredible Service Department. Gus Cucalon is our current Service Representative, and suffice it to say, my wife and I have tried to adopt him - but he won't leave Landmark. He remembers us and our cars, and reviews our last service visits whenever we call for a new appointment. If we come in without have an appointment, Gus finds a way to squeeze us in and spend time with us to make sure we understand what the service team recommends at our service appointments and what it will cost. Our newest Hondas rarely have had any significant mechanical problems, much less a breakdown, and consequently, routine maintenance care has become the primary reason we we have remained loyal to Landmark. The professionalism and experience of the service team is exceptional, and Gus has returned our loyalty with first class service and personal attention every time we have brought a car in. It's a pleasure to be a Landmark customer. More
My sales person was friendly, courteous, and attentive to my needs in what I wanted in a new car. (I just came in to get my brakes done on my 2008 Honda. I was just looking around). Took my Honda CRV in for routine maintenance. I called Sean for an appointment and he scheduled me for the day/time that was convenient for me. I was also concerned about the brakes squeaking. Sean said he would let me know what they found, he had the courtesy driver take me to tthe metro. Sean called within two hours and updated me on the status of my truck. We discussed it, he answered my questions with courtesy in terms I understood. I authorized the work. I returned later, my truck was ready as promised. Sean gave me a thorough review of what was done and we discussed want he thought would need to be done next visit. Sean is always professional & personable. While all the service team leaders are polite and eager to assist -- I could not be happier with the service I get from Sean and the Tan Team! More

They were both conservative with recommendations rather than pushing for business. They alerted me to maintenance that would likely be upcoming in the next few months but recommended that I watch and wait rather than spending money today. He gave me detailed written estimates to take home with me to think about. The prices seemed fair though probably a few dollars more than I might pay with non-manufacturer parts and general mechanics who do not specialize in Honda. However, the prices are more than fair when I factor in their expertise as consultants who spent considerable time to examine my car and then explain my options with the help of factory charts. Clearly Hamada and his technician were interested in my needs and having a long-term trusted relationship with me. This makes me feel really good because I can budget for maintenance and know that I am getting what I pay for. This is the kind of service I have been looking for. And another thing, the waiting room is comfortable and has wi-fi, and that is where I am writing this. It is a business well-run by bright and responsible people. More
I have been taking my Honda Accord for service since 2001. I have always received great customer service. Whenever they had to keep my car the dealership will put me in a rental with no hassels.
