I was writing a review to say I will be returning to my old mechanic in Old Town. I called to schedule an oil change. My wife and kids took the car in. There was some miscommunication where we were charged for a great deal more than I had expected in taking the car in for an oil change. Brian called me when the car was done and I told him I was extremely disappointed with what had happened and felt frustrated and taken advantage of. He heard me out and understood and apologized for any misunderstanding and made it right. Landmark continues to impress me while being a dealership and offering unsurpassed customer service. More

I had a flat tire on Monday afternoon, called Sean and coordinated for a Tuesday Monday appointment. Dropped my truck off before business hours with a note indicating I needed my truck back by 1100. Sean called at 9 am to explain the tire was beyond repair then explained options available (buy one tire or two tires, alignment/no alignment) No pressure. After I made my decision it would be ready at 11 am. It was! Sean was also able to give me a customer loyalty discount (Every little bit helps!) The service was great and timely -- Sean continues to be the consummate professional -- patient, understanding, prepared to answer questions and an excellent communicator proficient in his duties. Gee, it was done at 11.30 and I was able to use the coupons I received from Landmark/ Sean sent in an email. Again I was pleased with Sean's professionalism, pleasant personality and patience. Sales team is good; service department is exceptional I'm biased a bit - I've bought 7 or 8 Hondas from Landmark since 1974, and while the sales team has made the buying experience painless over the year I'm biased a bit - I've bought 7 or 8 Hondas from Landmark since 1974, and while the sales team has made the buying experience painless over the years, it's really the service department that brings my wife and me back to Landmark. My service advisor is Gus Cucalon, and the technician who works on my wife's Fit and my Accord is Gustavo Ramos. Gus Cucalon greets me by name at every visit, and somehow keeps a condensed version of our cars' service histories in his head - that's impressive because those histories go back several cars and 6 or 7 years - and Gustavo comes out of the service bay to personally let me know what he found and what he did whenever I have a question. The consistency of the service personnel, the willingness of Larry Shiflett, the service manager, to dig into difficult problems on behalf of the customer (me), and the personal attention that Gus Cucalon has given over the years makes it easy for me to figure out where I'm going to buy my next Honda! More

Intake went smoothly, Sean had some coupons to help with the cost. The work took about an hour. He also printed out a prioritized list of services that would be needed within the next six months. (NOTE: My CRV is almost 10 years old and is a great vehicle.) He took the time to explain each service and a ball-park cost estimate. I can always depend on Sean to be honest, pleasant and professional. Mr. Boon, the valet, is always so polite and when you leave he sends you off with a smile. I appreciate the consistent excellent service I receive. More

He's even polite when reminding me that my car is way overdue for an oil change. :-) I have enjoyed every visit to Landmark Honda's service department. I moved to Maryland nearly two years ago and I still come back to Landmark for service appointments, all because of Gus. More
The 'check engine' light came on when driving from Jersey to Alexandria for a funeral. We found the dealership nearest our destination and got GeGe Showers on the phone and she was FANTASTIC. She did some troubleshooting and assured us we could drive safely…and arrived at the dealership shortly after 5. We got a full diagnosis very quickly and assured we'd have a safe drive home. As an aside, the van needed and oil change and headlight which we had taken care of at a reasonable price. The expertise and service provided by GeGe and the behind-the-scenes technicians make me glad to be a Honda Odyssey owner. Thank you, GeGe! More

I checked in for my appt several days later and found Charles to be professional and courteous. The work was performed and much to my dismay there were several issues dealing with worn out parts. I wavered about having the repairs performed as I was unfamiliar with the items that needed the maintenance, not to mention the unplanned costs involved. Charles explained the importance of the work, especially the safety concerns. I did not feel pressured and understood the necessity He was able to provide preferred customer discounts. I appreciate his patience and professional service. More

We have dealt with Sean for nine years as he has been our principal contact on the Tan Team for the maintenance of our 2004 Accord, which we also purchased at Landmark Honda. One example of many instances of Sean’s personal attention: On a recent Friday afternoon, the engine malfunction light came on in our Accord. I called Sean, and he advised me to bring the car in immediately. The problem was diagnosed, and the car was repaired by 6:00 p.m. that afternoon. Sean has consistently been a knowledgeable maintenance advisor who always explains the recommended service schedule and the details of the repair statement. While price is important, price alone did not bring us back to Landmark Honda. A reliable and knowledgeable team member closed the sale. We hope you realize what a valuable asset Sean is to Landmark Honda. More
