Excellent service! I came to Landmark Honda to have my 2013 Pilot serviced. Charles Murrell was a great help in the service dept. I told him I was interested in upgradin I came to Landmark Honda to have my 2013 Pilot serviced. Charles Murrell was a great help in the service dept. I told him I was interested in upgrading to a later model Honda. He told me I will take you to the right people to assist you. He took me to the manager and he took me to Fitsum Ogbe. I was pleasantly surprised that they both remembered me from my 2013 purchase. I found a 2016 Honda Pilot burgundy! Walter worked out my trade-in and finance. It was a great experience. Everyone was fantastic! More

I was met by Fitsum Ogbe...a salesman who had the brightest smile and upbeat personality. I immediately felt comfortable and Fitsum was the positive influence that I needed. He was friendly and professional. He kept me assured that I would leave with my dream car and I DID!! The entire process was smooth and fast. Everyone that I came face to face with were very polite and courteous. I'm looking forward to returning there in a few years when it comes time for an upgrade. I hope Fitsum is still there. Terrible Time Came to the dealership with a friend looking to lease a civic. The salesperson was trying to move us very fast, asking to apply for credit before we h Came to the dealership with a friend looking to lease a civic. The salesperson was trying to move us very fast, asking to apply for credit before we had even gotten a chance to see a car. He took us out to try and find one of the cars, rather than just grab the keys to one we might like. Once we settled on which one to test drive, the salesperson sat in the back seat on his phone and just told us to keep taking a right while he played on his phone. Our test drive was literally the little block that surrounds the dealership. No real road, no highway, nothing. Then when we got back inside he went right back to pushing the credit pull. He didn't want to try to find us the perfect car, or talk to us more about options. All he wanted was a credit app. On top of that he wouldn't talk numbers without pulling credit, and that is bs. Dealers know numbers and can estimate them, but he didn't want to. He wanted that credit app. We left and went right to Page Chevy and they were night and day better. Will not ever return to Landmark Honda. More
