I was seeing a green team I don’t remember his name. Al Adlan provided incredible service every step of the way. When my car wouldn’t start, he stayed on the call and walked me through the process to help diagnose the issue. When I arrived at the dealership, he talked through all the possibilities of what was causing water backup in the car and offered to check out what was causing it. This level of care and attention to detail is rare, so I’m grateful to the whole team that took care of my car issues.
