Excellent service from Minhaj Adeel Knowing that we were going to need a new car in a couple of months, we stopped into Landmark Honda last Monday. Since I just recently retired, we wer Knowing that we were going to need a new car in a couple of months, we stopped into Landmark Honda last Monday. Since I just recently retired, we weren’t sure what we wanted in a new Honda. We have had Honda Accords for the past 20+ years, but this time we wanted to look at the Civic, the new HR-V and the larger CR-V. We were met at the door by Minhaj Adeel, who asked if he could help us. We explained that this was our first day to start looking and that we were definitely not ready to buy at this time. Adeel was very pleasant and said this was not a problem at all, that he understood we just wanted to look and he would be happy to show us all three models we were interested in and explain the features of each of the three. Even though it was blazing hot outside on Monday, Adeel was so patient with us, going to each of the vehicles we were interested in seeing and showing us all of the differences between each of them. As we had told him, we left the dealership that day without making up our minds. Adeel did not put any pressure on us to purchase that same day; he simply gave us his card and asked us to get in touch when we were ready to buy. We called him on Wednesday (his day off) on his cell and said we would like to come in on Thursday to purchase a CR-V. Adeel made the entire process as easy and pleasant as possible. He spent a ton of time with us on Thursday going over each and every feature until we felt comfortable that we knew how everything worked and as we were leaving he said that we should call him or come by ANYTIME if we have any questions or need help with anything. I cannot recommend Adeel highly enough. We love everything about Landmark Honda. We’ve been going to Landmark Honda for 20+ years and will continue to go there. Their service department is great. We are very happy with the price that we paid for our new car and Adeel is definitely the salesperson that you want to work with! More
