Proud Landmark Honda Customer! I went into Landmark Honda expecting to get a civic, but after the test drive, I wasn't convinced that it was what I was looking for. My salesman, Minhaj Adeel, patiently showed me other options. (I'm very indecisive, so his patience was amazing!) He was very attentive and listened to everything I did and did not like about each vehicle. From the things I was saying, he suggested I test drive the HR-V, which was a vehicle I wasnt even considering. It ended up being exactly what I needed & more! Minhaj went above & beyond to make sure I was satisfied every step of the way. He answered every question and provided excellent customer service! Excellent Customer Service I really wanted the 2016 Honda Civic Touring in the Cosmic Blue, however, I was unable to find it in Richmond, Virginia. I contacted Landmark Honda an I really wanted the 2016 Honda Civic Touring in the Cosmic Blue, however, I was unable to find it in Richmond, Virginia. I contacted Landmark Honda and I spoke with Mr. William Tayki. Unfortunately they only had one Cosmic Blue left and it was already sold. Mr. Tayki then told me they had a black one. I hadn't seen the black one yet so my parents and I drove up to Alexandria to look at it and I instantly fell in love. Mr. Tayki told me so much about the car and what it had to offer so I knew it was the right choice. He was very kind and understanding and very knowledgeable.
