MY INFORMATION WAS COMPROMISED!! BEWARE!! MY PERSONAL INFORMATION WAS COMPROMISED. BEWARE. I am writing this review in hopes that it will protect others from experiencing what I experienced. I MY PERSONAL INFORMATION WAS COMPROMISED. BEWARE. I am writing this review in hopes that it will protect others from experiencing what I experienced. If I could give a negative stars, it doesn't deserve even one star. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION ie Credit Checks. I went in to purchase a vehicle. Not only was the customer service weak- sales pushing and uninformative, and used a fear tactic to push me to by the car by telling me that my credit score will lower if I don't purchase with him immediately- (my sales rep was Sam- horrible, more than horrible) my information was compromised the same day that I had my credit check done there. This situation has never happened to me before. Let me explain how I know 100% that it happened with Honda Landmark: I have NEVER EVER on any account ever used my entire name. EVER. That way, depending on the combination of information I give, I know where a scammer or spammer is getting my information. On the very same day that I had my credit ran with Honda- which I provided my social security number, birthdate, full name, phone numbers, places of work, home address- only an hour after I left I started noticing suspicious activity. First I started receiving phone calls from a credit card company that I don't have a card or account with, telling me that they need me to verify my information with them because my account had been compromised. They used MY FULL NAME. Wow. First time in my life that happened. Then I received notice from another credit card company based in the UK that they appreciate my interest in getting a cash advance from a credit card with them, and they need to verify my information. The application was made ON THE SAME DAY that I gave my information to Honda. Meanwhile, Sam the sales rep from Honda keeps calling me, I don't answer. Finally, I call him back and told him that my information was compromised when I gave it to him. He said, "Oh someone must have sold your information". I said yes, I am sure that is exactly what happened. Then I said that I don't appreciate how he handled my private information, and his response was, "When are you going to buy the car?". DO NOT EVER GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR INFORMATION. PROTECT YOURSELF. I would hate to think that someone else will have to go through this horrible and stressful situation. I did end up going to Darcars Rockville, and I worked with IJ Jemli. He was more than amazing. Please read my yelp review about my experience and check out my photo with him and my new car! Note- IJ Jemli is trustworthy, and I did not give my full name with him, just so that I can keep track on how much damage Honda's criminals are trying to do to my credit. More

One of the best experiences with Honda dealers in the area I spent about a week searching for my vehicle. I contacted 5 dealers in the area. Most dealers just didn't have good "people skills" and I felt they w I spent about a week searching for my vehicle. I contacted 5 dealers in the area. Most dealers just didn't have good "people skills" and I felt they where just "feeding me lines" to get my business. However, my particular salesman in Landmark Honda actually talked to me like an adult! Throughout the sale, he was honest and open about pretty much everything that I could think of. No gimmicks, no sales pitches, or bait-and-switch. Which is nice! The manager also behaved accordingly. More
