He took me to see a beautiful red car and I drove it around the block. After he gave me an estimate for a lease agreement, we changed a couple of numbers and I agreed on the terms and monthly payments. Jim Fairchild was very thorough, polite and knowledgeable about this Honda Civic. He also helped me switch my belongings from my old car to the new. An hour later the deal was sealed. I think Jim is a total professional dealing with his clients and demonstrated that we can rely on him. I believe he's an asset to Landmark Honda. I will recommend him to my friends and co-workers. Slam Dunk I don't have a lot of time for or the all to frequent BS that accompanies a new vehicle purchase. I went to 4 dealers told them each exactly what I wanted. 2 played games some how thinking they could compel me to purchase a suitable substitute. I called Landmark in the am asked if they would match an advertised price and asked what they had in inventory. Took 5 minutes at best to agree to terms with Minhaj Adeel and his sales manager. Very PLEASANT PROFESSIONAL TEAM were it not for the mad rush of the last day of the year I think I could have been in and out in less then 1 hour! Thats what I call a slam dunk! More

In my 28 yrs. of Naval service and subsequent civilian professional career, I have bought multiple cars from multiple car companies and dealerships across the country. This experience with Mr. Bahnot was by far the most professional and rewarding experience I remember. To put a finer point on this comment, due to a family medical situation and my extensive business travel, the time from initial contact with Mr. Bahnot, to the time the car was finally purchased, was extended over a period of three months. During this extended period Mr. Bahnot maintained a respectable level of follow up communication with me via phone and email. This proper level of reengagement further reinforced my desire to reengage with him once the medical situation was resolved and my travel settled down. I am sure there are statistics that you have regarding the potential for making a sale to a customer once they leave the show room. And my guess is once the customer leaves with out a sale during this initial engagement, the percentage for sale probability drops significantly. As I noted, this did not occur with Mr. Bahnot solely because I felt confident that he would treat me well and offer me a fair deal. He also engaged in a personal manner recognizing the challenges the family medical situation created which only added to my desire to deal with him. To close, I do not know what awards your dealership or Honda has for their salespersons, but I would definitely recommend Mr. Bahnot for any award that is presented.
