He took me to see a beautiful red car and I drove it around the block. After he gave me an estimate for a lease agreement, we changed a couple of numbers and I agreed on the terms and monthly payments. Jim Fairchild was very thorough, polite and knowledgeable about this Honda Civic. He also helped me switch my belongings from my old car to the new. An hour later the deal was sealed.
