Also, speak to the service manager who tries not to offer me $55 refund for fault they did while changing my car oil. I will never buy a Honda car at all and I will never stop by this dealer. I am a manager of 70 employees who happened to drive Honda cars but I promise you I will offer them 30% of oil change value incentive if the go to a specific dealer I chose( Passport Nissan, Koons in Seven corners,..).
