There were minor set backs as far as getting my car floor mats, and getting my infotainment system running. I had to make several trips to the dealer which is about a good 45minutes away from where I live, which didn't sit well with me. I choose this dealer because they had the vehicle I wanted, and i was ready to buy that day. Mark Davis who helped me during my visit was kind and courteous. My financial advisor Anita Carlson was very helpful and kind attending me that evening. I would of rated my experience 5star if it were not for the issues with the infotainment system, which took me several trips to the dealer to finally get it taken care of at a different dealer. More

Originally looked at a 2017 Honda CR-V with Mark, decided to hold off that day and came back the next. Next day, Mark was busy with another customer so I worked with Joe who showed us another 2018 CR-V that we liked even more. After the test drives, we started working on the finance aspects of the car. In the finance aspects of purchasing, the negotiations started with Joe running a piece of paper back and forth with Aubrey negotiating the price. After the 'final offer' was given by Aubrey at the desk, I asked to speak with Aubrey directly to go over the details line by line. Aubrey was very accommodating in explaining every line item in the purchase contract. Highly recommend buyers to work with sales manager Aubrey Farrare in their future car buying. More

Fantastic! Joe Chedid was the representative that worked with me in buying a new 2018 Civic and he was great. I told him I was interested in upgradin I came to Landmark Honda to have my 2013 Pilot serviced. Charles Murrell was a great help in the service dept. I told him I was interested in upgrading to a later model Honda. He told me I will take you to the right people to assist you. He took me to the manager and he took me to Fitsum Ogbe. I was pleasantly surprised that they both remembered me from my 2013 purchase. I found a 2016 Honda Pilot burgundy! Walter worked out my trade-in and finance. It was a great experience. I was met by Fitsum Ogbe...a salesman who had the brightest smile and upbeat personality. I immediately felt comfortable and Fitsum was the positive influence that I needed. He was friendly and professional. He kept me assured that I would leave with my dream car and I DID!! The entire process was smooth and fast. Everyone that I came face to face with were very polite and courteous. I'm looking forward to returning there in a few years when it comes time for an upgrade. I hope Fitsum is still there.
