Rude and unprofessional customer service/Finance I bought a brand new car there on 3/1/2020. They told me they did not have stickers for my plates, so they gave me paper plates; even though I had tol I bought a brand new car there on 3/1/2020. They told me they did not have stickers for my plates, so they gave me paper plates; even though I had told them I could use my old car's plates. They kept on pushing selling me the new ones. At the end of the sale, they told me they were going to contact me (phone-email) to get the plates or have them mailed to me. I told them I wanted them mailed. Well it is May 26 and no one contacted me to inform me about my plates so I called them and to my surprise, they said they called me about 5 times and I never answered. They also said I have to contact DMV to solve the problem LH created. On March 31 I sent them an email requesting my plates. No answer. Now when I call them and identify myself, they hung up or put me on hold. I left the GM a message, but he does not have the courtesy nor the time to solve my problem. More

Unethical Business Practices I bought a 2019 vehicle from Landmark Honda in November 2019. When I got home, I realized they had not given me the Buyer's Order, so I immediately r I bought a 2019 vehicle from Landmark Honda in November 2019. When I got home, I realized they had not given me the Buyer's Order, so I immediately returned to the dealership and requested it. They printed out a Buyer's Order that did not include signatures, which should have been a red flag. I sent a copy of the Buyer's Order to my Credit Union, which was providing the financing. After a week had passed, the Finance Manager sent me an email advising that I owed them an additional $1,000.00. The email included a copy of a revised Buyer's Order, with different numbers. It also had signatures. I have purchased two vehicles from Landmark Honda in the past. I am disappointed and disgusted that you can't even rely on companies that have previously been honest, professional and costumer oriented. Laura O'Leary More

Fraudulent sales tactics I purchased a new Honda Ridgeline in March of 2011. At the time of the purchase, it was clearly explained that the aftermarket warranty was a good buy I purchased a new Honda Ridgeline in March of 2011. At the time of the purchase, it was clearly explained that the aftermarket warranty was a good buy as if there were no claims against it after expiration, it was refundable in full. I asked the financial manager, Maria Belbruno, who was handling all the paperwork to confirm this as it seemed like a good thing to have. During the course of the next 8 years, I had opportunities to use this warranty for some small repairs ($200 once, $400 once, and $300 once) but I decided to pay out of pocket as the amounts were smaller than the refund I would get if I didn't put in any claims against it. Well, the 8 years finally arrived and after calling the dealership and Maria directly (for 2 weeks, 2 voice mails left every day, and 4 times I was told she would get a message delivered to her personally) I finally got a return call from the GM, followed up by a call from Maria. She and the Landmark sales manager both stated that they have never heard of such a claim. Oddly enough, at one point I was transferred to another finance manager who claimed he couldn't help me as he was a new employee but also stated that he had a call with the very same situation just a week prior. Words mean something, but not to Landmark Honda. The extended warranty was sold to me under fraudulent explanations. Shame on them. More
