Buyer Beware!!! If I could write a negative review I would! The customer service in this establishment is lacking to say the least. The used car sales manager (Bouna If I could write a negative review I would! The customer service in this establishment is lacking to say the least. The used car sales manager (Bouna A. Ndiaye) was extremely hostile when we attempted to resolve a matter amicably, by speaking to both the general manager and the finance manager simultenously so no confusion would arise. He did not even attempt to fake any type of customer service etiquette nor decency. He was loud and extremely unprofessional. He demanded for the vehicle to stay in the parking lot without providing any assurances about whether we would receive our $1500 deposit back. He was accusatory and adversarial and oblivious to the fact that customers were watching when he was yelling at us like school children. He also neglected to even listen to our attempts to resolve the matter. Furthermore, we never received proper communication from the used car sales manager until the last minute when he sent us a very heavily worded email. He then went to rip the tags out of the vehicle after we told him that we would be back the following day to talk to the general manager who was gone for the day. The entire situation was outlandish for a reputable dealership. In addition, you will be steered to higher interest loans if you seek financing with the organization. This place proves the old adage true -Caveat emptor - Buyer beware. More

However, after having made an appointment to drive an odyssey and get a quote on our trade in, I am not handed off to “Max” (turns out to be the new car manager) who I was told to ask for, but another gentleman (salesman) who’s name I didn’t catch. This gentleman took us on a test drive. He was nice enough but we had to push him to let both my wife and I drive as we “needed to get to the dealership and get the paperwork done”. After we advised him we wanted the quote on our trade he said he didn’t know anything about that, disappeared for a while and then Max returned. Max alologized he was originally unavailable but now wanted to talk to us about a deal. We informed him that we had a babysitter we had to get back to, just needed to get our quote and be on the road and we would follow up. He immediately went into high pressure mode telling us it would take 45 minutes and if we weren't ready to make a deal we needed to schedule to come in when we could. After multiple heated exchanges to this affect we told him we were just going to have to go and would not be returning. The salesmen then followed us to our car and started writing down our vin number without our permission and didn’t quit until he was asked twice to do so. Needless to say we did not purchase from landmark. More

Refused to refund my deposit back Landmark Honda Finance Manager and Used car department manager were not able to finance our vehicle as promised. Even though we had a signed retail in Landmark Honda Finance Manager and Used car department manager were not able to finance our vehicle as promised. Even though we had a signed retail installment agreement with American Honda Finance, they tried to bully us in to signing another financial agreement with Capitol One Auto. When we refused and asked for our deposit back they insisted that we sign a paper saying we had to pay them $799.00 for their dealership processing fee. Bought a minivan, easy process Found a van on cargurus and drove straight there to drive it. Maxwell met me at the door and helped me out immediately.
