My experience with Landmark was excellent. Prisque was friendly, helpful, and customer focused. Because I picked up my Fit after the service department had closed, I had to return for installation of the friendly, helpful, and customer focused. Because I picked up my Fit after the service department had closed, I had to return for installation of the floor mats after work. A gentleman from the service department stayed late to install the mats so I didn't have to return a second time. All the Honda employees I dealt with were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. My old car had been totalled in an accident, so I'd had no plans to purchase a new car. I especially appreciated their strong customer focus. I was able to leave my rental car at the dealership when I picked up the new car and someone there called to have it picked up by Enterprise. All in all, it was a very good experience. More

Landmark Honda has a honest, fair repair shop. These people are the opposite of the bad stories you hear about. They have proven themselves to me to be completely honest. I have been a Honda owner since 2002 and Landmark Honda has been the selling and service dealer since. Once when I was out of town on a business trip, I took my Honda in for an oil change and was told that it need about $800 dollars of repairs. I chose not to do it and on my next visit to Landmark Honda, I showed them the estimate. Come to find out, I did not need those services. I trust Landmark Honda with my Honda civic and no one else. The buying experience at Landmark Honda was great! They wasted on time in giving me their lowest price on a new honda accord. I shopped the Honda dealership in Tysons as well as one in Maryland but Landma wasted on time in giving me their lowest price on a new honda accord. I shopped the Honda dealership in Tysons as well as one in Maryland but Landmark Honda price was $400 lower. They also made it very each to get the price quote quickly whereas the the other 2 honda dealers responded the next day with their prices. I also got a good trade in value for my 2001 honda accord with 127,000 miles. The beat the Carmax price by $500. More
Buyer Beware!!! I went to Landmark Honda for a new Civic because their advertising flyers promised a "fair price" and "the highest trade values in the D.C. area". They saw me coming a mile away and took me because their advertising flyers promised a "fair price" and "the highest trade values in the D.C. area". They saw me coming a mile away and took me to the cleaners! I discovered that their idea of a "fair price" is $MSRP + $635 destination fee + $385 processing fee + $600 dealer appearance package (wheel locks, mud flaps and pinstripes) + taxes, tag, etc. Their idea of "highest trade value" was to offer $1200 on a Civic trade-in with a Kelly Blue Book trade-in value of $3000, which they then listed for sale the next week for $6500. I got caught up in the process and ended up paying about $3000 more than I should have. During the process, their salesman taunted me by pointing out that I was listed in his email address book as a "Hot Prospect". When it was his turn, the sales manager insulted me by asking more than the high price the salesman had quoted. Finally, the finance guy treated me with an air of contempt at being so stupid as to agree to the deal. More

It has been my experience that when you take your vehicle in for any kind of service, it is done right the fi service staff at Landmark Honda gives. It has been my experience that when you take your vehicle in for any kind of service, it is done right the first time. They also allow access to the mechanics working on your car. You can tell the mechanics enjoy what they do. In fact, if you are a repeat customer, they always are seeking feedback on your service visit and encourages their customers to write about it online - something that has never happened in a dealership service department I have ever gone to previously. This dealer cares about what their customers think. More
I recommend anyone to shop this dealer as I was able to save about $700 from the last quote. I did all this online and they are very accomodating in helping me get the information I needed. I went to Landmark Honda and the exact vehicle that I received a quote on was there. I got the exact price and the car I wanted and the entire thing took liss than an hour. More
