Been using the service department at Rosenthal Landmark honda for a couple years now. I have bought both my car and my wife's car for here a couple years ago. We always bring our cars to the guys here and they know us and our cars very well now. they have never given us an excuse to dought there there honesty and work. they recently approaced my wife and asked her to rate the service they have given us over the last couple years. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THE USED CAR DIVISION OF LANDMARK HONDA! Recently my wife and I bought a lemon and they did not stand behind the vehicle. Here are following problems that we had at landmark: -The HONDA! Recently my wife and I bought a lemon and they did not stand behind the vehicle. Here are following problems that we had at landmark: -They lied about the coverage of the warranty we purchased(Rashaad Powell in finance) -They would not work with us when it was clear that the car had problems (manager Bruno) -They treated us rudely. The manager (Bruno) told me that I needed to control my wife when she became frustrated - When my wife tried to talk with them, they told her that she didn't buy the car so they weren't going to "deal with her." - Tried to charge us for cilajet, when they said that they "threw it in." Get everything in writing. We also saw another couple in the dealership going through a similar issue with Bruno. His total M.O. is to say that he hasn't heard anything about your situation and that he is not responsible for anything that is not written in the contract. He has a temper that made both my wife and I feel uncomfortable. PLEASE DO NOT BE A VICTIM! DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM LANDMARK HONDA! More
The dealership is fine, but WATCH OUT FOR RASHAAD POWELL in the finance dept. He sold us warranty that didn't cover many of things he told us it would! Then, when we called him on it, he said that he never in the finance dept. He sold us warranty that didn't cover many of things he told us it would! For example, he said that we could take our car to any dealership under the warranty, but it turned out we could only take it back to landmark and the other associated dealerships in their network. He also said that it was a "no questions asked" warranty which was not the case at all. I'm not sure he was trying to lie, but he clearly didn't know what he was selling to us! More
My husband took our Honda civic to Landmark honda because it was making a strange humming sound, since we are a little tight on money these days I was worried something serious was wrong with it and it would it was making a strange humming sound, since we are a little tight on money these days I was worried something serious was wrong with it and it would cost us a fortune to fix it. The service manager inspected the car and siad the timing belt just need some lubrication and it wasn't a big deal. They fixed it and even added some windshield fliud for free. They had no Idea what it ment to us, I was so worried about the car since its our only source of transportation to work and other places. They were honest and very sweet. I guess they understand the value of money and great customer service. More
After lengthly but informative internet discussions with Wisdom, upon my return from extended leave I immediately went to him to look at the new 2009 Accords. I had received much infomation from various ot Wisdom, upon my return from extended leave I immediately went to him to look at the new 2009 Accords. I had received much infomation from various other Honda dealers in the area, but felt compelled to deal with Wisdom. After a few test rides in both the 4 and 6 models of the Accord I opted for the V6. The total time spent with the sales people was minimal, finance folks the same and I was out of there with the new car in less 4 hours. In all it was a very good experience and I look forward to working with Landmark Honda in the future. More

My experience with Landmark was excellent. Prisque was friendly, helpful, and customer focused. Because I picked up my Fit after the service department had closed, I had to return for installation of the friendly, helpful, and customer focused. Because I picked up my Fit after the service department had closed, I had to return for installation of the floor mats after work. A gentleman from the service department stayed late to install the mats so I didn't have to return a second time. All the Honda employees I dealt with were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. My old car had been totalled in an accident, so I'd had no plans to purchase a new car. I especially appreciated their strong customer focus. I was able to leave my rental car at the dealership when I picked up the new car and someone there called to have it picked up by Enterprise. All in all, it was a very good experience. More
