I deal with both Sean & Dave on a regular basis and they are both great. I never have a problem getting my car in or out when they promise it. This was a preventive maintenance service visit. From from the time I made my initial appointment request, through vehicle drop off and pick up, Chris was highly efficient and ensured that his team's wor from the time I made my initial appointment request, through vehicle drop off and pick up, Chris was highly efficient and ensured that his team's work was done properly and in a timely manner. My vehicle is an older Honda, and Chris always looks for possible preventive maintenance before there is a potential problem. There is a team approach at Landmark Honda that you will not find at some other service departments. Landmark Honda's approach is not to "upsell" unecessary services, but rather to provide real service value to their customers. In the service waiting area, you can see this approach as service managers discuss service options with customers and not force repairs that customers are not comfortable with. I will return to Landmark Honda for future service needs. More

He knew all the features and was very confident that this would be my dream car. And Rui, he made it happen. He worked hard to find a price that worked for me and that didn't go over my budget. Now thanks to them I have a 2009 Accord and I love it. The parts department was great in installing the extra options i bought (different spoiler, bike rack). Landmark honda is my dealer of choice from now on. More
I've owned many cars in my 66 years, and had them serviced at many different dealers. That's given me lots of bad experiences with auto service/repair shops: wrong diagnoses; performing unnecessary serviced at many different dealers. That's given me lots of bad experiences with auto service/repair shops: wrong diagnoses; performing unnecessary service; having to bring the car back to get the work correctly done; excessive charges. Rare are the exceptional service shops where they are expert at diagnosis of problems, do it right the first time, do it with a smile, and charge reasonable rates. Boy was I glad I tried Landmark Honda to service my Honda Odyssey--they are one of those exceptional, outstanding service/repair shops. I first went to them because other dealers/service shops had been unable to solve a recurring problem of moldy odors in the AC/air system. On that first visit, I met Larry Schifflet, Service manager for Landmark Honda, and discussed with him the history of our problems. Larry was terrific: he dug right in with his service team to correctly diagnose the source of the problem, and solve it! And he did that while keeping me closely posted on their investigation and the solutions he was proposing. I was treated like an old lost friend; the entire team was courteous and professional. That was a year and a half ago, and I've been having my Odyssey serviced by Larry Schifflet and his team ever since then. I'm taking the time to submit this rating because my experience is that Larry Schifflet is an exceptional professional who runs a top notch service shop. Larry himself is obviously an expert diagnostician, and is dedicated to continually achieving excellence in customer service and satisfaction. I have never had to take the car back to have work redone; never had a bad or even disappointing service experience; always been treated like an old friend. They even have a superb shuttle service to/from metro; if you're running late and miss the shuttle, they reimburse you for taxi fare from the closest metro station to the dealership--how about that for service! It's been a real pleasure doing business there. THANK YOU LANDMARK HONDA! More
I definitely do not recommend this dealership. I went to this dealership prepared to buy a car, based on what I saw in their online inventory. I test drove a couple cars and started discussing details of th this dealership prepared to buy a car, based on what I saw in their online inventory. I test drove a couple cars and started discussing details of the deal. First, the salesman wanted me to sign an unenforceable handwritten statement saying something along the lines of "If we can agree to a price, I will buy X car today." I explained that there was more to the deal than price (i.e., fees, options, trade-in) and that I wouldn't sign. I think this is a sales tactic to either trick me into thinking the statement is enforceable or just to get me vested in the process. This should have been the first clue that I was not dealing with top notch negotiators, or even honest negotiators, and I wish I would have walked out then. But, I was still prepared to buy if I could get the right deal. After 45 minutes of back and forth about the price they have advertised on their own website, the second salesman (who was brought in after I wouldn't sign the above statement), agreed to the price on their website. We then started discussing fees- $695 for wheel locks, a pinstripe, and one other feature had already been added to the car- in addition to about $1000 in freight and processing. I wouldn't agree to the $695 as I know other dealers in Arlington don't add the same fees. So, I threw out a number 4% lower than the quoted number for the car and agreed to the other $1000 in fees. The salesman wouldn't negotiate with me at all other than to say "no." No counteroffer, just an explanation that the price on the website was an offer and he couldn't give me a lower price because it wouldn't be fair to anyone else who saw the website- which is absolutely contrary to basic contract law- an ad is not an offer; it is an invitation to make an offer. At that point, over 2 hours since I walked in the door, I told him we weren't going to come to a deal and politely left. I went directly to another dealership where I was able to get what I felt was a good deal, which included a trade-in price that was 145% of what Landmark offered. I was out the door with my new car at the second dealership in less than 2 hours. I also overheard some equally questionable negotiations going on around me in Landmark's somewhat factory-like/conference room setup. I overheard one other salesman tell his customer "numbers don't lie, but people do." Its hard to believe anyone would think that is a professional and acceptable way to negotiate. I got a vague voicemail 2 days later from the first salesman at Landmark asking me if I was available to come in again, but he never mentioned anything about a better deal so I have no reason to believe it wouldn't just have been more of the same. Plus I already purchased another new car. More
i recently called for a 40K service appointment on my accord. everything was fine until they asked if i had bought my car there...i responded no. another local honda dealer i replied. i was then asked accord. everything was fine until they asked if i had bought my car there...i responded no. another local honda dealer i replied. i was then asked why i bought elsewhere and why am i bringing another dealers honda to them. huh? are you kidding me? i was calling to give you money for servicing my car that your technicians are trained to do. at such time, i told gee gee that other dealers can have my money in these trying economic times...good luck. i hung up. DO NOT use this inconsiderate dealer. More
