I've been very pleased with the service I have received from the Tan Team at Landmark Honda. I always feel like I am informed of the service that will be provided and feel like they explain, in layman ter from the Tan Team at Landmark Honda. Being a woman, I've always been a little skeptical of mechanics/car service, but here I feel like I am being treated fairly and honestly. GE GE WAS EXTREMELY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL IN HELPING ME TO GET MY CAR SERVICED. SHE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THAT WAS WRONG WITH MY VEHICLE AND HELPED ME TO UNDERSTAND WHAT WAS A NECESSARY FIX VERSUS ONE THAT TO GET MY CAR SERVICED. SHE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THAT WAS WRONG WITH MY VEHICLE AND HELPED ME TO UNDERSTAND WHAT WAS A NECESSARY FIX VERSUS ONE THAT COULD WAIT UNTIL MY NEXT SERVICE. WHEN MY CAR TOOK LONGER THAN EXPECTED, SHE HELPED ME TO GET A LOANER SO THAT I COULD MAKE MY PREEXISTING APPOINTMENT. SHE CALLED ME AND GAVE ME CONSTANT UPDATES OF THE TIME THAT MY CAR WOULD BE READY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GEGE AND LANDMARK FOR ALL SERVICE NEEDS. More
The experience was great. We ended up with a real star performer, Sanjay Bhanot. I would recommend you asking for him, but the team is also where the strength is. I met the General Manager, but not for a sales pitch. Another salesperson helped Sanjay without question. The finance person was stellar. Overall, the best car experience I have had at a dealer. More
I've been bringing my 1999 Honda Accord to this dealership since 2002 and I have never had anything less than first rate service from Milton Cruz. I will not have any other dealership in the MD, DC dealership since 2002 and I have never had anything less than first rate service from Milton Cruz. I will not have any other dealership in the MD, DC, VA, area service my 1999 Honda Accord. I've called several times and Milton will troubleshoot the problem over the phone. I provide him with the symptoms and "BAM" he pin point the problem every time. During our last visit, June 09, my wife was leaving Bethesda and stated all the instruments lights were on. I called Milton immediately and he diagnoses the problem immediately. I'm telling you the guy is the best and he is definitely an asset to Landmark Honda Service department. I live in Woodbridge and bypass several Honda dealerships because I can not receive this type of friendly and knowledgeable service anywhere except Landmark Honda....trust me I've visit those other dealerships Service departments and their staff is no where close to Milton. If your Honda needs service you need to call Milton Cruz and you want be disappointed. More
Sales person(Sopele) was polite and informative, not remotely pushy or intimidating. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted and wasn't tried to purchase ridiculous additions or features. I ended up getting financing through a credit union who offered a better rate, although the dealership rate wasn't too bad considering I have never owned a home or previously bought a new car. All in all very good experience in purchasing my first new car. More
The used car buying experience went very well. Akmed was vey accomodating and professional in his interaction with my wife, Debbi. The price was very fair for the vechicle with such low mileage. Haseen worked the financing of the vechicle. He is very friendly and fair as well. We had credit union financing at 3.99 and that was not a problem. We accepted the extended warrenty and lojac ant first but the credit union would not finance extras. He accepted our removing these options. He did offer a supplemental savings certificate but we just did not want to pay any more cash out on this deal. He accepted our decision and provided an adjusted purchase order for the car. Whan I went back with my check from the credit union, Haseen was at lunch. Another associate stepped right in and got all of the paperwork finalized. It was a team effort not...that was not my sale. I wish I had the womens name. She was very nice and professional. The only thing that caused a small problem was that the internet text showed an SE vs an LE. WHen I went to the credit union, none of the paperwork showed SE or LE. The vin number is the same for both. It did not really matter but accuracy is important when someone is drawn to a dealer based on what was on line. All in all it was a great experience-great car with nice sales people and at the right price. More

There could not be a better service advisor. He is honest, always goes out of his way for me, and helps me keep my service bills as low as possible. I have recommended to family and friends ane will continue to recommend to Honda owners that they go see Sean and the entire Service Department of Landmark. The Service Manager (Larry), is also the best and my former Service Advisor. Plus, I always take advantage of the Service Department's convenient shuttle service to and from the Metro, so I can get my work done while Landmark takes car of my Hondas. More
This is my first time I have ever done anything like this but I felt it to be worth it. I have been taking my car to various places for service but now have found a new place.
