On the few occasions Landmark failed to meet expectations, they resolved the issue to our satisfaction. We have purchased two Hondas from Landmark, an Odyssey (04) & an Accord (07) because they gave us the best price/deal. We have both cars serviced at Landmark. My dad and one of my sisters also purchased cars from Landmark because of the very good deals they received, & they both have their cars serviced at Landmark. Repeat business & referrals say volumes about satisfaction - we are Landmark Honda satisfied customers in both service & new car sales. More
I just moved to the area due to a job relocation. My car overheated and I brought it to your dealership. Mrs. Showers treated me as if she had known me for years making me feel very comfortable and explain overheated and I brought it to your dealership. Gus, "Blue Team" was very knowledgeable of my car and what needed to be done. He even prioritzed the different issues for me as I only took my car in for a simple $34.00 oil and filter change.
