Dear Hondawatch, I would like to apologize for the way your purchasing experience left you feeling, and I am also sorry for any mis-communication between you and the salesman. But, I can assure you that there are no gimmicks here at Landmark Honda. We take customer satisfaction very seriously. Our fees are competitive in the market today. Some dealerships may charge more and some may charge less. Also, with the extended service it is always wise to purchse one. If you look at price for a car that is 10,000, 20,000, or 30,000 dollars you will find that our extended service is much cheaper than on other items you might purchase, like a stove or tv when making a dollar to dollar comparison.
