Landmark Honda responded

Dear bkararti, The used car that you purchased was sold as-is, with no warranty. The vehicle also had over 100,000 miles at the time of purchase. Taking all of that into consideration, when you came in 2 weeks after the purchase date, Bouna and the service department were still happy to help you and replaced your battery at no charge. This alone, more than fulfilled a goodwill repair. At Landmark Honda our customers are very important, which is why Bouna was still happy to help you when you returned 1 month later with a door panel complaint. Again, Bouna and the service department repaired your vehicle at no charge. At this time Bouna did explain to you that Landmark has gone above and beyond with assisting you on an as-is used car purchase. Any car purchased as-is with such high mileage is going to need repairs, that is why the car is sold at a lower cost. It is clear that Bouna went out of his way to assist you, as he would for any other Landmark customer.
