If you ever decide to go to this dealership for service, think twice! Or at least you should know what you are doing. My wife went for a regular oil change and she ended up paying almost a thousand dolla think twice! Or at least you should know what you are doing. My wife went for a regular oil change and she ended up paying almost a thousand dollar, out of it $640 something was only for labor. They are scammers. I tried to talk to the service manager and the service advisers later, they all tried to talk to me out and tried to make me accept the scam. She has a Honda CR-V and it has only 36K miles on it. Brand new tires on it but they even try to make her replace her all brand new tires. They knew she has no idea about cars and they try to get as much as they can. Completely unprofessional, they behave like street vendors, I will never shop anything at this place. I don't recommend anyone to spend a penny there. More

We can easily look past a single frustrating experience, but we failed to have a single good experience with this dealer. Purchasing a vehicle is expensive and stressful enough and certainly not made any better here. More
I've bought many cars in my lifetime, and this buying experience ranks the lowest of them all. Don't waste your time here. Find a different dealership. Incompetence on display throughout. Advertised online as a Certified Pre-Owned, but once at the dealership, it wasn't CPO and they would not honor the online designation. False Advertising. If it wasn't for the reasonable price and excellent condition of the vehicle, I would have found another dealer. The process to complete the purchase documentation for the vehicle took over two hours as we continually resigned corrected documents. The detailing of the car was sloppy and had to be repeated. Nearly FOUR HOURS after entering the dealership, we finally left with our car. Other than picking up our new tags in a few weeks, I'll never return to Landmark Honda. More

When I arrived inside the dealership, I was not greeted by a single staff member. I encountered Mark Davis as the salesperson when I came into the dealership in late May of 2022. Even though I was approached by him, another customer for which he had an appointment came in not long after, and Mark was struggling to give service to two customers at the same time, which was very unprofessional. For the love of God and the whole management at Landmark Honda, this guy is nothing but a liar and narcissist. He made promises and gave me his word regarding the shipment of the car, the arrival of the car, paperwork forms involved with parties, etc. Abraham on the other hand was an excellent staff member that helped me with the rest of the car process. He was nothing but honest and patient with us the entire time and consistently kept up with constant communication during the entire process. I highly recommend not coming during the holidays, especially Memorial Day, I walked out with a Civic Sport Sedan 2022 for $30K+. I understand we are in a pandemic and war as of now, but the dealership charged almost $5k for the Memorial Day commission and they were forcing me to buy the extra packages for the car, which added at least $2K-$3k or else they won't sell me the car. With taxes, titles, and fees, it was also an extra $2K-$3k. Mark Davis assured me with his own words that his walk-out price for me would be under $30K. How is someone like Mark Davis even mentally stable to work at all? This is absolutely absurd!!! I got an aneurysm being in the Honda Landmark dealership. More
My last service was 2/17/22 . My advisor Sean Kearney welcomed me at my arrival for repairs explained in terms I could understand all repairs and their charges, and he made sure I had the coupon deals that could be applied . Always going the extra mile to help customers. He Made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed while getting service and before I left and always thanks me for choosing Landmarkd Honda. There was a Platco Tools Truck parked in their lot which on the side read Service Trust Results and you know that is what Landmark Honda is all about and they do it with love and sincerity.
