Dear Sir or Ma’am, Purchasing a new car should be a fun, exciting, and informative time; it is our responsibility as a dealership to provide this to you and I apologize that we did not. At Landmark Honda we take customer satisfaction very seriously, we like to set the standard for other dealers to work towards. There is something that I need to address before we move forward; the information regarding insurance is a requirement of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Mr. Geisinger, the sales manager, explained to me the length of time you waited for copies from your insurance company. I can understand your frustration and we should have explained this to you further prior to you coming down. Kyle is new to the Landmark team, and management still holds the responsibility for the training so that they will continue to uphold the high standards that we have set here at Landmark Honda. At times trainees use their enthusiasm and energy where attention to details and product knowledge should be in place. The service department contacted you in hopes to help resolve these issues. I was advised you were called and emailed in hopes to get your tags to you as quickly as possible. We also wanted to extend an offer to review your new vehicle; we wanted to explain all the features and options in hopes that you will have a clear understanding about your Honda.
