I've lived all over the country and purchased 14 cars or trucks since my first in 1975 -- never living anywhere long enough to use the same dealership for purchase or maintenance until now. I purchased my 2004 Civic Hybrid in 2005, "used" with less than 8,000 miles. From my first service through the latest the week before Christmas, I have only allowed Landmark Honda to perform it all. Sean (of the Tan Team) has been with me from the start ... and I could not have prayed for a finer man to count not just as a service writer, but as a friend. His wisdom and sage advice has seen my car remain as youthful as the day I bought it, though it now creeps closer to 100,000 miles. Though my warranty has recently expired, my loyalty to Landmark over the years empowered Sean to appeal for assistance on my behalf on the most recent repair -- the like of which which keep my car running for another 100k! On the right day, anyone at any dealership can sell you a car, be it a Honda, or any other quality make. But, it's the service AFTER the sale that is the true mark of excellence, and I've never in countless other dealership been afforded the level of pure satisfaction that Landmark Honda has delivered. I implore anyone seeking the highest quality of SERVICE to look no further than Landmark Honda and it's service department ... especially Sean Kearney. You have my word of honor! More

Last July my Element was loosing all power occasionally when we tried to start it. Dealer was unable to replacte problem (naturally) but they analyized the starting circuit and determined that the problem when we tried to start it. Dealer was unable to replacte problem (naturally) but they analyized the starting circuit and determined that the problem might be either the key switch (very expensive) or a power relay (very inexpensive). We decided to replace the relay since it was inexpensive. Problem solved and out the door for under $100! These people could have stuck me with a very expensive key switch replacement and I wouldn't have known the difference but instead they suggested the cheapest alternative first. I also noted that the dealership is spotless. Everyone treated me in a friendly and respectfull manner. This is not always the case when you are traveling and in a strange town. More

My wife and I were looking for a new vehicle. We have a baby on the way and wanted something safe and reliable. We went to Landmark Honda and met with Kevin Cooper (Sales Manager) who hooked us up with Da baby on the way and wanted something safe and reliable. We went to Landmark Honda and met with Kevin Cooper (Sales Manager) who hooked us up with Darren. Kevin and Darren were very helpful and eager to put us in the right vehicle. After checking out a few, we decided on leasing a 2011 Honda Pilot. The vehicle is great, leather, DVD, etc. The price was what really made us happy as we were able to get everything we were looking for at a price that was reasonable. After checking the vehicle on NADA and Edmunds I think we did very well. Kevin and Darren were a great help and were very knowledgeable about all of the features and specs of the vehicle. WHen it came to the finance portion, Kevin really made things simple and we were in and out of the dealership within and hour or two. Great experience, no pressure, would definetly use them again. The cigarette lighter did not work after a plug broke inside of it. I called Sean, got an appointment to my liking and brought my 2005 CRV in for evaluation. With it being Christmas, I was holding my br inside of it. I called Sean, got an appointment to my liking and brought my 2005 CRV in for evaluation. With it being Christmas, I was holding my breath that it could be a "$50 fuse" instead of a $500 electrical system. I asked him to call me once a determination was made. I only use the plug for my GPS so there was no urgency requred if it turned out to be the latter! Sean was polite and professional, listened to my concerns and told me he would follow up with me within several hours. True to his word, several hours later, Sean called to inform me it was only a fuse and there would be no charge. Well I was thrilled, actually double thrilled and cannot believe there was no charge. When I went back to pick up my car, Sean explained the work and the the no charge part as well. I could not ask for better customer service, professionalism, or intergrity! I have been a loyal customer of Landamrk Honda for seven years. Sean continues to be my "go-to guy." Whereas the entire service team is always cheerful and helpful, Sean is the best of the best! I highly recommend this dealer. More

I went to the dealership on a Saturday morning because I had a light on in my instrument panel. I wasn't sure if they could check my vehicle since I didn't make an appointment and it was a Saturday. To my surprise, my service writer,Brian Cail, was there. He greeted me by my name and with a smile. He said it was no problem for him to evaluate the vehicle. Within an hour, he told me what was wrong and corrected the problem. I am super satisfied with my service adviser, Brian Cail. He makes sure my vehicle is up to date in all of the recommended maintenance. I believe the service department is great! This dealership has pleasant workers who smile even on a Saturday! This dealership deserves the highest ratings! More
