My current friend, and automotive tutor, is Chris Ratchye who is simply wonderful in dealing with an "aging" owner (me) and her "aging" Honda. Chris knows that this is my last automobile and takes enormous care in keeping the car and me mobile and most importantly, safe. CHRIS IS THE BEST!!! Gus was very helpful in setting up my appointment on the day and time I was available. He treated me in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival, in writing up my order. The service department respected my time by keeping my waiting time down, as I waited in their very clean and comfortable waiting area. Gus sought me out after the service was performed, and thoughtfully explained the work performed and the followup action recommended. It's a great feature that the dealer provides the customer (me) with Gus's own cell phone number for quick access to set up appointments and to check status. Overall, a great experience. More
