I just bought a new 2012 Honda CR-Z EX. They are very hard to find. ALL of the staff were courteous. That surprised me! Also, the General Sales Manager Jim Geisinger negotiated a price with me that I know that he could have gotten thousands more with another customer as there were two others that wanted the car that I was first in line for (there were only 2 on the East Coast - both gone now). Darren Jeong the salesman had worked with me for many months to locate the exact car, exact color I wanted. As a result I have a new CR-Z at what I believe is an honest price, that gives them a profit and me a price break. Lloyd Wilson, the Finance Manager is a true gentleman! And Jerry (another salesman helped me understand the true value of one or two optional extras that I chose to take, once I understood the real facts regarding them (extended Honda warranty & Cilajet - a paint and upholstery sealant). ALL IN ALL I WHOLLY RECOMMEND LANDMARK HONDA AS AN HONEST PLACE TO PURCHASE A NEW CAR!!! More
I have been dealing with Landmark Honda since 2005, having purchased 3 cars from them. Milton Cruz has been my service advisor since then and I have never had better service from anyone. He always knows me and greets me by name whenever I get there, listens to what I want done, recommends things I should do and not do at that time, and basically, goes out of his way to be sure that I am satisified. While I am waiting, he checks with me to let me know the progress of the work and lets me know when the car is ready and always thanks me. I could not ask for a better service advisor. I would hope that this dealership and Honda realizes what a terrific employee they have and they honor him accordingly. More

I brought my Odyssey in today because the battery died over the weekend. I did not have an appointment but Sean took care of the van right away. I was traveling and my 08 Accord as I was going back home to Pittsburgh, Pa. and I had a radiator hose go out. It was 4:30 on a Friday. I was so impressed by the way Mr Cruz handled the situation. Every other dealer said they couldnt get me in until Monday afternoon. Mr Cruz & the entire Landmark crew got me back on the road within 2 1/2 hours. By the way, they close at 6pm. To stay late to get me & my family back on the road the same day is not just good service, it was AWESOME! I highly recommend Landmark Honda! More

First let me start off saying that Milton, Service Advisor, your Excellence in service, knowledge, kindness and sincerity, efficiency, and integrity is a few of the words I will use to describe him. Milton is an outstanding example of customer service and definitely knows his product line. My experience with Milton is "Top Notch" and I wouldn't dare think of taking my vehicle someone else for service, unless of course, Milton transferred to another dealership. I have a 1999 Accord w/139k miles and it's purging like a kitten, thanks to Milton. On my last visit, I dropped off the vehicle around 8am with complaint of grinding noise being heard under the hood/engine area. Milton called within an hour to let me know what the issue was (alternator was going bad)...get this, it was under warranty bc we had it replaced previously. As a result of Milton's honesty, we did not incur a charge for this service. Don't think that would have happen at the other "Stealerships." I had no idea this item was replaced in the past; save us $. I have been taking my vehicles (Toyota 4-Runner as well)to this dealership for years and my relationship with Milton is the best, couldn't ask for a better Service Advisor. On 3/14/20012 I was a showing a service agent the lock problem I was having with my 2007 Honda CRV in the service line right outside of the shop. A very irate customer was being extremely belligerent wit problem I was having with my 2007 Honda CRV in the service line right outside of the shop. A very irate customer was being extremely belligerent with Brian Cail involving the cost to fix his vehicle. His language was more than offensive and he was being both rude and disruptive. Mr. Cail remained extremely calm and professional even when this customer told him "to get out of my face - this is f....... ridiculous". Still Mr. Cail tried to diffuse the situation. He never lost his cool and was polite and calm throughout the entire exchange. When going into the service area to process my service order, this customer told Mr. Cail that he wanted to know his name and would " NEVER, NEVER buy another Honda from Landmark Honda because of him". I just wanted the powers to be to know that if there is a negative report filed on Brian Cail, it is totally not true and I applaud him for his calm and composed demeanor. I have always been very happy with the service agents at Landmark Honda, especially Sean. I feel like I have always been treated with respect and manners and honestly. More
