MKX Service Needed Landmark Lincoln offers extended hours that our dealership in Salem Oregon does not. I was able to get an appointment in one day where as in Salem I Landmark Lincoln offers extended hours that our dealership in Salem Oregon does not. The staff was excellent The detail department did a very good job of cleaning my truck with the coupon for new car owners. They did a very good job getting the dog hairs and The detail department did a very good job of cleaning my truck with the coupon for new car owners. They did a very good job getting the dog hairs and slobber off the passenger side door and dashboard, My seats were vacuumed of dog hairs also. They took the extra effort to deliver my truck to the service department when they were done cleaning it. The service department did a quick and good job of changing my oil, rotating my tires and completing the vehicle inspection. My truck is very clean and running fine on the way home. Thank you to everyone for their efforts. Also a thank you to the service department receptionist and others in the waiting room for being so friendly and helpful to me and my dog while we waited for my truck to be serviced. More
Why go anywhere else? I got in my car after work and the Tire low light was on. I didn't want to drive home 1/2 hour and then back the next morning so I popped in. Kyle to I got in my car after work and the Tire low light was on. I didn't want to drive home 1/2 hour and then back the next morning so I popped in. Kyle took my car in to check the tires immediately. Found out there were issues and some tires needed to be replaced. Luckily they were in stock. I also was ready for an oil change so I got "the works" at the same time. When it was time to check out the invoice was incorrect but everyone got on it and it was fixed. Wait time for the entire procedure was excellent and the waiting room is a great place to chill while waiting. More
