Inefficient, unhelpful, unresponsive. My experience at Landmark showed their people and systems are completely ineffective. I came for a flat repair on a new (2500 miles) F150. When I arrived for my appointment , I was not welcomed, did not have a clear way to know where to go or who to talk with. After 2.5 hours I was told the tire was unrepairable; they would need to keep it overnight and order a tire, but would have it done at 2pm the next day. I asked if they could help me approach Goodyear regarding the warranty and was told no. At 3 pm they informed me that the tire did not come in and it would take 1-2 more days. I needed to drive 600 miles to pick up a trailer the next day, so I told them to make it ready for me to pick up. And see if they had a spare I could use for the trip. I was told no…in a lot full of trucks, loaners, wheels, and tires. I called the service manager for help. He did not call me back. When I asked for my truck back, I was told there was a $75 charge, which was eventually waived. After they gave me the final paperwork, it took over 20 minutes to pull the truck around. I will never return or work with Landmark Ford and will recommend that everyone else go elsewhere. They do not value customer experience, and have systems which are confusing and cumbersome. More
On December 14, 2020 I took my 2018 Ford F150 in for oil change. Today, February 27, 2021 I noticed a small puddle of oil on my garage floor. Since I have only put 360 miles on the vehicle since this last o change. Today, February 27, 2021 I noticed a small puddle of oil on my garage floor. Since I have only put 360 miles on the vehicle since this last oil change I was surprised and immediately with some dexterous effort checked the tightness of the oil filter and sure enough it was loose. I must have turned it close to a quarter turn before it was finally tightened up. There is no excuse for this and the tech should be chastised accordingly. I hate to think what would have happened on the road if we had done our usual trip to the Arizona desert this year and the filter came off or loosened to the point of emptying the oil pan during the trip. It is obvious to me that no one checked the workmanship of the tech after the oil change to make sure that all was tight and secure. Looks like I will need to find a more reliable service center. More
I have my Ford vehicles serviced at Landmark Ford since 2008, and with David Carter for many years. There are Ford Dealers closer to where I live, but Landmark Ford has given me the most satisfying experi 2008, and with David Carter for many years. There are Ford Dealers closer to where I live, but Landmark Ford has given me the most satisfying experience in sales (Jeff Sleight) and maintenance services. I enjoy having David Carter as my service advisor because he is friendly and knowledgeable about Ford vehicles. David gives me accurate diagnostic results and detailed pricing for the repairs. All repairs at Landmark Ford were good and lasted for a long time. I have other brands of automobiles at home. When it is time to replace my 2006 Mercury Mountaineer Premier, which lasted 14 years and still running good, I went straight to Landmark Ford for a brand new 2019 Ford Explorer Sports. C. Chan More

I had the pleasure of speaking with both Sarah (relatively new employee) and Adam Drake; both of which were extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable. They both looked into my situation and my car's service records to provide me detailed answers to my questions. I greatly appreciated it, especially after receiving the run around by 3 other dealerships prior to calling Landmark. Thank you Sarah and Adam; the next time I contact a dealership about my vehicle you've guaranteed that Landmark will be my first call. More
Did Not Do Requested Work And Charged Me Took my car to landmark Ford on 8/16 for a basic oil change. Got it back and inspected it. The first thing that stood out was that a bunch of oil drippings were not cleaned off of my plastic radiator cover. After further investigating, I found that the oil filter hadn't been change. It was pretty noticeable that it still had a bunch of road grime on it from in between oil changes and not just greasy hand prints from an employee changing the oil. So, finally I checked the oil and guess what....It was dirty. Keep in mind that I only live a few miles from the dealership and my oil has been meticulously changed since I've owned it and it has never been dirty looking after driving a few miles. So, they either did not change the oil and filter or they just changed the oil and didn't change the filter. Not sure and don't care. The same day, I called and left a message with the service manager and general manager. Guess what... Neither of them called me back. I took pictures and have a good witness. I am never doing business with them ever again. My recommendation is always inspect your car. More
Dave has an unprofessional attitude Up untill now i had a bad run in with a certain employee named dave.. I was quoted a price if $360.00 for a cv axel boot replacement. Keep in mind that i told him i tried to do it myself. I lacked the tools, and experience, saw it done on you tube and done in under a half hour. Video said it was for 04-2010 trucks! Yeah just a little hiccup! I was working on truck and about croaked about the price jump of $300.00. I said billxxxx he hung up! Needless to say that was unprofessional on his part, to not explain why the cost spike or to hear me out. I also bought the part from them which was supposed to have the boot clamps with the item and explained that at parts counter and they were baffled. I. Never had a bad experience with any of their team members until last night. Well i guess dave talked to other team members to not to speak with me, to me a proffesional would expect some flak, and continue to speak with a cash paying customer to explain or justify pricing and details of why so much more. In the business world this is unacceptable and unprofessional. Feelings must be put aside, if you are to conduct business. Otherwise business will not run its course. Thanks dave for the bad seed you put in your company's reputation. I tried to rectify and call you on a one on one to keep good business however you cant get past your ego. Good luck to wherever you go. Sherri did offer me a discount if $150.00. I have to say the night team is uncoropitive and price way higher no profesionalism there.
